After a few trials with other companies offering the same range of services we at Niryo fell in love with Cloudtalk Not only the product itself matched and still matches our needs 100 but the customer service is really what shines with them From sales to support to customer loyalty Cloudtalk could give a masterclass in customer relations We plan to scale our phone activities with Cloudtalk beyond lead generation and are not worried at all about integrations flexibility reliability and support

The app and web interface are clear and easy to use Call monitoring and call recording are great features All necessary functions for employees are immediately visible and usable So I m impressed with the UI The customer service and the sales team provide excellent service and have always responded promptly Feedback is also implemented in a timely manner

Works well for a sales position

I make and receive multiple calls daily so I like that there is a notes feature in the app so I can collect info while I am on a call It helps me to organize by having calls and notes in one place The app also stores call history and marks missed call numbers I haven t gotten back to as yet What I dislike If I forget to confirm your notes while I am on a call and the call ends before I do this I lose the notes I hope that this can be fixed to prevent this from happening

I am really enjoying my experience with Cloudtalk and believe they provide the best option for the price I also like the integration with Pipedrive - works seamlessly and saves me a lot of time I no longer have a use for an office phone which is one less thing to worry about

Cloudtalk is by far the best value-for-price software out there for call center solutions Packed with features very accessible kind and accessible customer support and cheap specially when compared with their competitors for the same range of features Easy entry-level software especially if you re a startup that doesn t want to make big initial commitments but needs a solution that scales with the business

Cloud talk has been nothing but Amazing

Cloud talk has been nothing but excellent They always seem to do everything we need One feature that I like is that I can talk to one of my associates through cloud talk before passing them the call The only downside at the moment is waiting for the last phone number to transition over Other than that Cloud talk is great

A great value for the money

We were looking for a telephony solution as a part of our Customer Support team We have tried a number of apps and Cloudtalk has met most of our requirements We disregarded other companies because some of them were not responsive during the trial period stating that their main focus is paying customer not the trial one But actually during the trial you can think of what will be your experience while paying for the service in future Cloudtalk representatives were super responsive always here for me if I needed them They would email or call me back if I ve asked them to They didn t differiantiate free and paying customers - at least I didn t feel the difference They were able to on-board me the same day I wanted
