Generally ok but no consistent call quality No ability to use three way calling is very inconvenient

Everytime I get out of app or phone goes blind the call interaps In general connection is good but really annoying technical problem

An easy to use Platform with a couple hiccups

Cloudtalk is easy to walk through from the beginning but a few things need to be added in Texting a new number is difficult unless a contact is already created and the functionality is not always clear The platform walks you through how to do things but when it comes time to do certain functions they just dont exist

Overall the this is a great quality product The automated system works and has many functions You may need some help understanding the options and setup structure The customer service needs to be improved upon As a business the speed of response is often critical to your success If it takes a few hours or days to get back to a customer this can be a serious problem Also the trial can be a bit misleading as on the trial it gives you full access if you sign up for a starter account there isn t a clear message that these features will be expiring or are not available You can t click on your account to upgrade a sales members needs to upgrade your account for you Again these two issues all slow down the process and create confusion for the customer
