Ease to call the playback of the calls is impeccable ease to launch statistics The inability to leave comments on a call for posterity is an issue The overall experience has been a nice swift and smooth experience the transition from a different platform was easy and fast

This app has great features user friendly easy to us and its Fast Sms and call feature is easy to navigate compatible with other platforms and is easy to integrate

Best VoIP program

This is a must have for every company i have tried too many similar voip programs but this one is amazing you can track every calls easy to manage and zero delay in calls RECOMMENDED

Easy to setup and userfriendly

The system itself is very intuitive and easy to set up Once you are up and running the experience of making and receiving calls is smooth Sending the SMS from a PC is a huge plus

CloudTalk easy to use

A very easy to use software and yet very efficient We are using it on a daily basis without any issues Also their support is very quick helpful and open to suggestions They are adjusting everything as per our needs

Great cooperation and support

I have been a partner with Cloudtalk for a year and the experience is fabulous From the start I have been communicating with Jan and he was guiding us through the implementation process Due to COVID we prolonged our integration but Jan kept in touch along the way During this first stage I clarified all doubts and requested additional features and extensions which the Cloudtalk team managed to fill Last month my team finally started to use Cloudtalk The first impression is a huge reduction in the missed calls and a more efficient allocation of the customers to a specific agent There is more but I haven t had the time to explore During the last week I also had the great pleasure of taking part in a customer story and some additional benefits offered by the marketing team Thank you guys for everything and a continuation of great work

Recommended Daily use at work

I use the programme every day because I work with it It is reliable the call quality is good and it is very easy to use I personally use it as a Plugin for Pipedrive CRM Software recommended

I have been using CloudTalk for a few months and can t fault it at all It s really easy to use it has a huge amount of features built into the dashboard and makes internationally calling a piece of cake

I really enjoy working with Cloudtalk because its very easy to use I use the mobile app very often even for getting calls of my clients so i am up to date i like the dashboard very much because i can see there all my calls the duration and how many calls i had that day

Honest Opinion

CloudTalk is a great calling platform for solo callers or teams alike You can be up and running shortly and the rates are reasonable I tried multiple systems in the past and I can honestly say Cloud Talk is by far the easiest to use with the best features
