Easy to setup and userfriendly
The system itself is very intuitive and easy to set up Once you are up and running the experience of making and receiving calls is smooth Sending the SMS from a PC is a huge plus

Great cooperation and support
I have been a partner with Cloudtalk for a year and the experience is fabulous From the start I have been communicating with Jan and he was guiding us through the implementation process Due to COVID we prolonged our integration but Jan kept in touch along the way During this first stage I clarified all doubts and requested additional features and extensions which the Cloudtalk team managed to fill Last month my team finally started to use Cloudtalk The first impression is a huge reduction in the missed calls and a more efficient allocation of the customers to a specific agent There is more but I haven t had the time to explore During the last week I also had the great pleasure of taking part in a customer story and some additional benefits offered by the marketing team Thank you guys for everything and a continuation of great work

I really enjoy working with Cloudtalk because its very easy to use I use the mobile app very often even for getting calls of my clients so i am up to date i like the dashboard very much because i can see there all my calls the duration and how many calls i had that day

Honest Opinion
CloudTalk is a great calling platform for solo callers or teams alike You can be up and running shortly and the rates are reasonable I tried multiple systems in the past and I can honestly say Cloud Talk is by far the easiest to use with the best features
