We love working with Cloud Talk

We love working with Cloud Talk Its very easy to setup and i can edit my IVR and call flows in no-time using the dashboard The ease of getting local numbers for all major countries is also a plus Some of the numbers don t support SMS which is a pity but nevertheless the service quality is top We never had any quality issues

Have worked in some companies in my career but from recently I start using Cloudtalk and I bet that I didn t have such an amazing experience like I m having with Cloudtalk So far to me it s totally lag free when I use it in my system but would like to recommend them to have a new update of their android application version The customer service team is amazingly responsive and go ahead and beyond for their service I m a happy user of Cloudtalk Thank you

Great tool with lots of features

We needed a phone solution for inbound and outbound calling with SMS capability and the ability to reach China with a Chinese virtual number We ve tried many different providers but CloudTalk was the only one that could fulfil all requirements for an affordable price It was quick to setup and it didn t require any specific technical knowledge It has prebuilt integrations with most CRM tools including Zendesk Call quality is great even to China where most competitors fail to provide a satisfying service Their customer support team is very helpful as well

I like the Cloudtalk app mostly

I like the Cloudtalk app mostly it is easy to dial the numbers and the app gives me an impression my cell phone call keypad The color is also well-chosen It soothes the eyes and I can easily catch the important and necessary tools at one glance I have been using Cloudtalk since last January and I really like it It has many lovely looking buttons to click and enjoy while talking with the customers We can use the tags and thus we can have a nice statistic on the important topics of our day to day workflow

Using Cloudtalk overall serves its purpose like its texting feature is so easy to use and also when doing outbound call its audio quality is loud and clear I just would like to suggest if they can improve the cloudtalk icon beside the phone number to be clickable and more functional since on my end its really not working

Simple Cost effective User Friendly Great Customer Support
