Excellent

I d an accident in March and my claim went really well They delivered me a courtesy car and took mine for repair They were fantastic can t fault them at all Will Insurance with them again if the price is within average range

You cant t really fault the Co-op Young Drivers Team

I was left with no car after my accident due to my excess but other than that they dealt with everything with 2 phone calls Can t fault them The Young Drivers dashboard could use a good rework but that s not really going to affect their service

Were great when we were burgled

I ve just seen all the bad reviews and thought I should balance it up 6 years ago we were burgled Co-op were amazing and reimbursed us fairly and promptly Everyone we spoke to was very pleasant

2nd year with Co-op home insurance

This is my second year with Co-operative home insurance The price terms and service has also been great with them I ve just made my first claim through them I dropped my phone called them up at 12pm to make the claim it was accepted and settled straight away meaning I was able to have my phone repaired the same day Couldn t be happier with the service

I wasn t sure about this insurance

I wasn t sure about this insurance company at first But I did take out a vehicle policy with them I had a collision in peak hour traffic and telephoned co op eco who answered straight away The communication was excellent They arranged recovered immediately which arrived within 20 minutes The arranged a courtesy car which arrived within 24 hours They even upgraded the car for me Within 5 or 6 days the claim was settled and the stated my car was a total loss They arranged to pay the valuation of my car immediately In total I was on the telephone to the co op eco for 10 15mins over 5 or 6 days No issues Feels like I didn t even have a collision Total confidence in this company

Model Provider

Not sure where the negative reviews are coming from Aside for not providing business insurance I have always found Co-operative insurance to be the model provider the only one that DOESN T hike their prices so I v stayed with them for years The twice I ve had to make a claim they were efficiency itself making difficult situations a lot easier Highly recommended

Nice easy cheap insurance the staff are polite the lines are easy to get though all questions answered and the self service portal is really easy to navagate around fantastic company i see alot of negative reviews but in my opinion this company is great

Its very hard to come find an Insurances

Its very hard to find Insurance Companies with staff that are so real kind caring understanding and willing to help in times of trouble Well the Coop Insurance for me are the best Ive had my share of Insurance companies but none like my trusted Coop Staff like TYLER you are amazing young lady Wow so kind caring with empathy ive never experienced or heard from anyone one in any company left me so grateful Tyler you are amazing Any staff ive spoken to have been lovely Never rude just want to help Thank you i love my Insurance company Im going to NO other insursnce company Well done Coop
