Technical Error by Cabone but They Refused to Refund
Terrible experience purchasing an attraction voucher with Cobone I made a payment successfully but the order was put on review Because the visit is time sensitive I immediately requested the order to be cancelled and refund Customer service instead of cancelling as requested tried to manually accept the order and blame me for not responding in time that the window for a cancellation has passed Truly unprofessional
