I have been purchased of this website several times and there were problems almost every time This current purchase was just too much I ordered three items two of which promised to be shipped out immediately The other item was drlayed from the supplier side and the store only notify me AFTER I sent an inquiry to ask which was probably almost a week after the order was placed The delayed was around 20 days from the order date I tried to sent in inquiries that the other two if cannot arrive in time I d want to cancel one The cancellation was not allowed They insisted that those items were shipped promptly to the warehouse It was a misleading message to advertise and the website is truly being shady and not transparent about that It is al so a shame when they have problems with suppliers the also push the burden to buyers Honestly their items are lovely but way too overpriced Some of them you can purchase elsewhere a lot cheaper if you have to wait this long So for US shoppers this site do not offer general services that we usually get here If you are going to purchase for this price I suggest you to find a site that is more reliable

They took 200 from me and the package got lost by the courier They said DHL won t be responsible for it because I didn t have the appropriate insurance on it so Codibook can t give me a refund I don t know why DHL has to do with the refund Send me a replacement or give me a refund Why can t you be responsible for this mistake I can t believe I m losing 200 over this overpriced stupid website

This is an update for my previous review After keep me waiting for a month and do not split parcel to ship whatever they have first now they canceled my order because their supplier do not have the item anymore

Do not buy from this company They have some unfair rules for returning the goods I paid for the shipping for my last order however one of the items were no good so I returned it Instead of them giving me a full refund for the item they deducted 15 shipping cost which I paid How can they charge shipping cost twice They are absolutely thieves Can t trust them at all NEVER buy from them again

NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY TERRIBLE PRODUCT QUALITY AND CUSTMER SERVICE BOUGHT A KNIT WEAR AND WORN ONCE THE THREAD COMES OFF IT LEAVES A BIG HOLE IN BETWEEN THE NECK BOUGHT AT 50 FOR AN UNFINISHED FAULTY PRODUCT THAT SHOULDN T BE SOLD REQUESTED A REFUND REPLACEMENT BUT WAS REFUSED BY THE CUSTOMER SERVICE SAYING IT HAS PASSED 3 DAYS UNBELIEVABLE SO IF ANYTHING YOU BOUGHT DAMAGED IMMEDIATELY AFTER BEING USED BECAUSE OF POOR QUALITY IT WON T BE THE SELLER FAULT

First i was scared that something would happen to my order and i would loose my money but it was surprisingly amazing The customer service is really good There was a issue with a manufacture and they had to wait till one item arrived at there warehouse till they could send the order I was informed over everything and they told me i could cancel it if i wanted so i would get my order faster The item even arrived a few days earlyer and i got my order 4 days after they send it One piece of my order was cancelled because it was sold out They emidiatly send me my money back The clothes have good quality and look amazing I will defenitly order again

i was suspicious of this site going into it but everything came in a timely manner one item took a long time to process but they did give me the option to cancel it i chose to wait once the items shipped they came very quickly in only a few days thanks to dhl everything is tagged made in korea and the quality seems nicer than i expected i ordered a pair of cargo trousers -- i was expecting thin fabric sort of like shein they re actually very solid i couldn t be happier

I ve ordered a handful of times now Clothes vary in quality but that s expected from a website with tons of diff brands Shipping has never taken longer than three weeks for me and service is fast and efficient They also have discount codes etc

I ordered from the UK and delivery was so quick 10 days for delivery and the items are really great quality will definitely be ordering again from here
