Was a customer for around a year Recently withdraw my funds due to a worst returns All my other portfolios lost less in the last year s crypto winter b every month taking fees without actually rebalancing The split of coins on portfolios never really changes yet they charge rebalancing fees Recently charged 5 value of portfolios in fees for nothing c disabled withdrawals for weeks took it away from site then later emailed saying due to congestion
