I ordered a bridesmaid dress for my best friends wedding and I was thrilled The customer service was great they reached out to make sure my measurements were correct they were super quick to reply with my questions and overall were great to work with The dress itself is beautiful and original and I can t wait to wear it

Love this site My dress can super quick and to my exact measurements Now I don t have to pay money for alterations The color is so beautiful and you can absolutely tell it s well made Will definitely be using them in the future as well

I was very lucky to find Tulle Chantilly and ordered my bridesmaid dresses from them Before placing the order I contacted with Janice by livechat on their website and asked her many questions she replied so timely And Sophie re-checked all the details with me by email after I placed my order It was such a good experience to work with their stuffs The dresses arrives so quickly and all of the dresses have turned out amazing I will recommend Tulle Chantilly to my friends thank you so much for all the help for my wedding

Great Quality Excellent Service

I chose Tulle and Chantilly because we needed dresses all in the same color but wanted different styles to suit each lady This was an easy option that allowed us to do just that We received our CUSTOM dresses a mere two weeks after ordering although they recommend leaving much more time than that Everything came just as ordered with no issues One of the bridesmaid s even said the quality was better than her own wedding dress What is even more reassuring though is the customer service I dealt with Sophie and she was always very fast to respond to any email inquiry I asked a LOT of questions and she had very thorough answers We were a little nervous to order online but we felt very comfortable after corresponding with her and ordering color samples which I highly recommend as well If you re looking for well made dresses look no further

Amazing I recommend T C so far

I have had amazing service from Tulle and Chantilly so far I have had prompt email responses from Sophie and she even caught that I had ordered 2 dresses by accident and offered me a refund I hadn t even noticed as my credit card is prepaid I have not received my dress yet as I knew my body would change due to baby so they allowed me to get back to them at a later date and even made adjustments to my size for the coming months of belly growth I decided that I would post a review now as some of these reviews were the exact opposite of my own experience I have faith that I will receive my dress in time for my sister s wedding Thank you T C and Sophie

Perfect Skirts - Just on Time

I ordered 3 bridesmaid skirts for my wedding The skirts arrived on time and they looked perfect Just like the photos on their website I was really impressed with the quality They were really well made with nice material on the outside and on the inside Bridesmaids said skirts fit like a glove and they were really happy Overall I am very happy with the experience I would definitely recommend Tulle Chantilly for any bride that wants quality skirts and does not want to pay premium prices

The dress we ordered was great and custom fit and it was very good quality I would not hesitate to recommend this company They respond very quickly and are efficient with communication We did not expect it all to go so well and it s a worry ordering something like bridesmaid dresses online but it was worth it and there was such a good choice of styles to choose from in the colour we wanted Thank you

I m always so skeptical about ordering

I m always so skeptical about ordering online but the dresses came in just a couple of weeks like they said they would and the quality of the dresses were amazing Two of my bridesmaids ordered with custom sizing and they fit them perfectly

I actually ordered a bridesmaid dress that I will wear as my wedding dress I m not really a white ball gown type of gal Sophie from Tulle Chantilly was very responsive to my emails and asked me a lot of questions about my preferences They even added a train to the bridesmaid dress so that it would look more bridal I love the quality and the fit is perfect I ordered the Tulle off-the-shoulder bridesmaid dress I decided on the color Papaya Whip and I must say it was a bit more colorful than I had anticipated so you may want to order a swatch Otherwise it s perfect and I m looking forward to wearing it I would recommend this website to anyone brides or bridesmaids
