Community phone has provided a reliable phone for my mother in a nursing home We used our own phone and set up was very easy Customer service has been great also

I have had this system for a while and been pretty pleased with it and I kept my OLD phone number However Lately a lot of input calls have gone to the Temporary Number issued when I first got the system The greeting they hear is the initial one I set up and then it goes to that voice mail box It apparently isn t switching to my Home Phone number all the time Doesn t happen all the time but it s getting annoying And sometimes in the middle of a conversation it just goes silent disconnects and I have to call that party back Small but irritating glitches Thats why I can t rate it any higher UPDATE After posting this I got an email and phone call from Community Phone They got with me and we did some setting changes on my end and their end The result seems to be that calls coming in now are properly switched to my home phone Time will tell if this is fixed but I have faith that the problem is solved I want to thank them for their prompt and courteous response to an aggravating situation So I will raise my rating to a 5 STAR and be a happy customer Isaac

Everything went so well When the box was delivered everything was activated we just followed simple instructions and everything works great Very pleased The whole process of signing up was so easy Thank you

I don t have any problems with this service If I need help I get great customer services Plus I can connect my phone anywhere in my house Thank you community phone I have no complaints about you all

I haven t had any trouble with my phone and I have told everyone who is having phone troubles about Community Phone It is well worth what I pay for it Getting rid of those callers trying to cheat me out of what little I have The same caller called me eight times one day When the phone rings these days it s a friend a family member or a doctor I can t thank CommunityPhone enough

The only thing that would make her phone service any better would be if she could have her original home phone number 251-633-8818
