I have to first admit that I hadn t read any reviews for Complete Building Control when my builders recommended them and then was totally mortified to see the reviews posted about them AFTER I had appointed them I am absolutely delighted therefore to give this review and 5 rating as they have been brilliant They have responded to emails and phone calls promptly addressed queries I ve presented and given detailed explanations of things I didn t quite understand I am very happy and relieved to have had a positive experience with Complete Building Control and have given 5 based on my experience of using them

2020 new Regs for septic tanks

There was more to replacing our old septic tank than meets the eye not least that we needed Building Control to approve having a new Sewage Treatment Plant in our garden UKDP had chosen Complete Building Control to see to all the paperwork on our behalf and they dealt with it all without a hitch We had the final inspection last week and were delighted to end up with the final certificate of completion Paperwork and communication exemplary Many thanks

Thorough and responsive from start to finish We run a garden rooms business Gardencustoms com and a particular project we undertook had a requirement to be building regs compliant Complete Building Control are really easy to work with and we had all the stage sign offs done on schedule with no delays Will definitely use them again

Great service Always easy to contact via email or phone Good service throughout I would use Complete Building Control again

Awful company

Awful company An email sent with a standard we will contact you within 10 working days which still hasn t happened 3 phone calls each with a promise of a call back the last one saying it would definitely be that day And still 6 days later absolutely nothing Useless Stick with the councils building control I called there was put straight through to an inspector
