I have been using complete building control for 6 years and have always experienced outstanding service Ellee who has covered most of our jobs around Solihull has impeccable knowledge of construction keeping us updated with new regulations while always working passionately to make sure ourselves and the home owner get the best experience and service Ellee never fails to answer any of our questions and always has a quick response to site inspections on most occasions early morning visits so we are not waiting around wasting time that can become costly Excellent

We use the company on all our projects very professional service having used the local authority inspector for many years and a below average service using complete building control is so much easier as every stage is photographed and documented so even if you have another inspector they know what has been previously inspected Elle Keegan is our go too inspector and is always on hand to answer any queries we have especially with the new regulations she is very professional and has a very good knowledge of the regs and happy to help with enquires the whole process is so much easier overall a first class service
