Terrible system - stay clear
This is BY FAR the very worst invoicing company I ve ever had to deal with Totally nonsensical error messages way too many stages for each claim and an interface that is just horrible There is NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT LINE TO CALL I am literally on the verge of quitting my entertainment role at a Greene King venue due solely to this awful payment system

Absolutely useless time consuming system
Awful I ve used several expense platforms over the years none as bad as SAP Concur I use my own vehicle for work purposes and constantly get need to add more fuel receipts I PHYSICALLY CANNOT PUT MORE FUEL IN THE CAR I don t claim the VAT this is nothing to do with me it only benefits my company This is highly irritating time consuming and irrelevant Without more fuel receipts I cannot submit my monthly claim - money owed to ME I drive approx 30 000 miles a year and I m not about to start using my car free of charge The constant having to add comments ridiculous itemisation This system is NOT user friendly If I could give it zero stars I would

The worst app for business travel
The worst possible app for business travel Anytime I ve booked a flight it s always cancelled not completed in time because of the way their system is not configured by which time the price of a flight has massively increased I ve been trying to book a flight for the last five days and this is my third attempt by which time the flight has increased from 230 to 296 Not to mention the hours of wasted And because of the price increase it needs to go to a senior Manager for approval because it s out of business budget Avoid at all costs if you re a business looking to find a travel booking system definitely look elsewhere

They allow other websites to stole users points
The company where I work since few months ago uses this website It is the worst way I have ever seen to reserve hotels On my last hotel reservation for 20 days the website did it throughout the bad website expedia This second website took all the points that I should get for my nights in the hotel Nothing showed me that this would happen I wanted to call with Concur and there is no phone on its website to do this I already sent a claim in my job to express my non conformity with this bad website

This system is designed to waste your time and cause problems which they then get to charge extra to address This is basically a SCAM that s sold to management as a turnkey system FFS do NOT use this service if you can possibly avoid it

Feel the matrix
I spent 8 hours on my first expenses so far plus an hour from an accountant and it s still not ready for submission I can accept that IT bods are smart but can t communicate but I am baffled why my company wants to waste time like this if I need more than a basic tutorial you failed in your software we are talking about a receipt a date a number and a reason

I cannot believe they are in business - WORST user interface worst customer service I booked a hotel for work - keep trying to cancel - won t work Now on hold for 32 minutes and counting - I have a meeting this is ridiculous - I am going to escalate internally - if there is a competitor out there I wish we could switch to them Most inefficient system I have ever used
