3DS Free diagnose and then repair

Sent my 3DS in for Free Diagnose The service was very good and decided to get the console repaired with Console wizard My console returned back to me last week just like new Thanks D

Killed my 3DS claimed it never worked

3DS had a screen issue sent it off and they claimed it was DOA even though I d tested that it was running fine before packaging it They refused to take it to insurance as the box wasn t damaged and insisted it must have been dead when I sent it off

Broke my console

Sent my Nintendo DS in to have the top screen replaced and these bodge job cowboys somehow managed to break the game slot Seems to be something pushing through from behind the game slot so that the cartridges don t fit in properly and the games freeze up constantly I have photographs of before and after they repaired it so I can prove it s their fault but they refused to fix it and refused to refund me the cost of repairing my console Steer clear of these vandals
