LETTER I WROTE WORST INTERNET I am so disgusted with your service I have been having slow speeds since June 28th my TV streaming keeps buffering and cutting out I then have to go thru your servers to find the best upload and download I pay for 100up and 100download I was advised to buy eero routers which helped although last night I was disconnected from Hulu live four times I checked the speed and it was slow and I had to find a faster server At times it is great and other times horrible There is a problem on your end I want credit from the 28th for this and I will be looking for an alternative internet service this is ridiculous I WILL NOT BE HELD TO ANY CONTRACT SHOULD I LEAVE YOUR SERVICEALSO YOUR WORKERS SINCE I HAVE HAD YOUR SERVICE NEVER CALL FOR APPT OR TIME FRAME THEY JUST SHOW UP AND SOMETIMES I HAVE NOT BEEN HOME

Do not use this company
This is the lowest star I can give Have been trying to reach customer service for over a week and cannot get through unless I want to wait for over half an hour As soon as I enter the number for the account I want cancelled no one wants to talk to me I have tried online chat but the tech told me I need to contact customer service and they do not have chat so he can t connect me The reason I want out is extremely poor service and useless customer service They have disconnected me in the past for no excuse and then charged for the full month of no service I know there was no disconnect order as only the internet was disconnected and not the phone Now I have a new company and they will not acknowledge my calls

No phone service for 40 days and still
No phone service for 40 days and still counting stop telling me it will be fixed next week then that week comes and goes and then tell me you rescheduled my repair to next month

Would give zero if I could
Absolutely terrible customer service products and tech support Have had issues on and off for past year Service techs out multiple times Take days off work etc still issues almost daily Today is last straw Internet on and off past 4 weeks Now tv off and after waiting on hold over 43 minutes tech says unplug your box wait 30 secs plug back in nothing he ll reset something on hold another 8 min comes back on and says they have to send someone out again but not until friday over the past year it s been such a joke Can only have comcast or this company Tried to stay a customer with a smaller local company but not another day Dont waste your time with this inferior product Unreliable at best I have Verizon at an office location and have not had 1 issue in over 5 years using the verizon product Consolidated Not even close 0 5 stars

COMPANY AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
They quote you a price for basic service then you get your first bill and it s a higher price you call for clarification and they say oh you have this and that and this on your account did you not ask for that you tell them NO you asked for basic service to be able to make outgoing calls iF the power goes out and your cell phone dies they say ok i ll fix it then you go to try to make an outgoing call a month later and a recording tells you you don t have that service so the morons at customer service have completely screwed up your account and you can only get incoming calls from LOCAL numbers USELESS you call on 9-12-23 to cancel the service they say they need to take a final payment for the remaining bill you give them a card over the phone they say they ll close the account once payment posts then for the next 2 months you keep getting billed you call again and explain you closed this account they say the person must not have posted the payment so you still need to pay DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY JUST BURN YOUR MONEY IN YOUR BACKYARD AND HIT YOURSELF IN THE HEAD WITH A BRICK 4 TIMES YOU LL END UP WITH THE SAME RESULTS

If I could give zero stars I would Terrible service even worse customer support I waited an hour and a half on the phone trying to get through only to be hung up on then an hour on the customer support chat only to make it to the next customer in line and be told there were no support technicians available and the chat was ended then waited two hours and spoke to three different people to finally report the issue Our line is down from where it connects from the main power line to the house I was told 24-48 or more hours before the issue would be addressed I was told there is no direct technician line or any way to check in on the status of my report other than the number that I just waited two hours on I wish we had another option that served our area I never leave reviews but want to warn anyone I can - if you have a different option take it By the way I also asked to be connected with customer service because there is no way to provide customer feedback through the website and instead of connecting me the rep hung up on me

They get one star because there isn t an option for zero
Don t use this company If you have an outage they won t notify when it comes back up You will likely go a week without service before they can have a tech come fix your internet Don t even think about asking for a credit for said week long outage because they will just keep sending you to different departments If at any point you ask to speak to a manager you will be told that they have to submit a request to have someone call you back and even then their hands are tied I have had more than one time this has happened

Stay away from Consolidated
Stay away from Consolidated Communications I signed up for internet service From day one the service did not work properly I called about 5 times on different occasions over a 5 month period to get it resolved and they could not so we had to cancel the service We were charged an early termination fee of 129 When I called to ask to have it removed they refused stating that they only had records of me calling once They claim to record all calls but do not I have cell phone records of my calls

Awful Company
Honestly the worst company I have ever interacted with My address wasn t real when I called and took a half dozen calls for them to set up my address I finally got them to recognize my address and then it reset the whole process and took 2 weeks to set up Called them and emailed multiple times that they had to come before 3 PM It is 3 30 and no one showed up so I canceled the service and getting Star Link instead

Have never received the service I pay for Not even close Last ticket was put in 9 29 Someone canceled it and resubmitted it on 10 16 Still NO INTERNET Kids can t do school work I have lost my job because of their internet Fed up and no other internet alternatives where I live Left message for Bob Udell doubt he will call back Need help
