I was contacted by Dawn Williams regarding possibility that my house could do with insulation and heating upgrade She passed my details to Energypig and I have had a survey carried out today Dawn has been very helpful and professional and explained all that needed to be done

Good help in an unfamiliar world

I felt and needed to feel that my contact was always available and keen to help Being ancient I needed a fair amount of clarification The company Broadoak had very competent workers but their administrative side was disorganized Without Consumer Rights I would have given up hope of getting anything finished

So far so good

Well it s early days yet but so far it s been a really positive experience Shelley was very professional on the phone and very punctual with her call I will update my review at a later date but at this stage I m impressed

Highly recommend Phoned consumer rights as I d had a terrible time with another company and been let down Amy was VERY understanding and caring put my mind at ease I thought it was too good to be true at first She got on the case straight away and the process was so easy and smooth I actually still can t believe how fast it all went through Amy answered all of my questions and was so professional Couldn t be happier with the whole process the lads who came to do the survey and the work were lovely and also professional nothing was too much to ask Special thanks to Amy who went above and beyond for me
