This is an absolutely awful service I ve been asking for help for a long time and they ve done nothing for me I ve told them that I m very unwell with mental health issues but they don t seem to care They respond when they feel like it if at all and they just repeat themselves causing me more stress They don t listen or even take the time to understand It feels like discrimination to me

No response from my enquiry

My mother received a letter re EPC Have phoned and emailed asking to speak to someone about it and had no response or even an acknowledgement even though I was promised a call back from the team as soon as possible What poor service from an organisation that is supposed to be there to help the elderly and vulnerable citizens

this is a scam

this is a scam They send out a letting from David Hughes head of re-gen at Wirral Council then they send a fake energy certificate and pretend they are going to help you get a grant but in reality the company is registered as an accountancy firm in Liverpool If you look at the reviews on here that are 5 they are all recent - and the people making the reviews have only made their other reviews in the last few months to give them a better sense of authenticity Reported to Trading Standards today Avoid

Scam

Scam We got a very misleading letter addressed to the property with no name They have no idea if anybody has a valid EPC just trying to scare people into spending money if they don t qualify for free The only resemblance to Consumer Rights is that they are infringing my rights by this underhand form of misleading advertising let s see what the ASA have to say
