Great Advisor

Hi Callum Cocks delt with my case He was brilliant So helpful explained the process very clear and anything I was unsure about he was able to answer all my concerns This case was complicated but Callum made sure all the information was gathered and the application went through Callum responded straight away to all my emails Thanks again

ECO4 Funding

ECO4 Funding Manon Roberts at Consumer Rights was very helpful both on email and over the phone in helping me negotiate accessing the scheme on behalf of my elderly mother Even though the process is not yet complete I would have given up weeks ago if it were not for Manon s help

Bit of a false start but got there in the end

Bit of a false start with the first company I was referred to but have now had solar panels fitted and the insulation in my flat upgraded Robin Jones dealt with me on behalf of Consumer Rights and was always very helpful

I dealt with Amy who was on the ball one person only which helped I was doing this on behalf of my parents who are in their 80s Its taken about 6 weeks all told to the assessor coming out For better than my experience god knows who they sent to me to do the same thing Thank you Amy

Megan at Consumer Rights has been very involved in bringing our updating Project to fruition She has been attentive in liaising with contractors in arranging Surveys and subsequent installation s She has taken a real interest on our scheme through to completion of work
