I received a letter from Consumer

I received a letter from Consumer Rights about ECO4 and was not sure if l should call but l was glad l did Shelley Griffiths who answered my call was so helpful and made the process really easy we are now awaiting a site survey to see if we are eligible for funding

Pierce helped me through the whole process I have now had the heating installed and it was first class service all the way A special thank you to Martin and John from Central Eco Solutions who installed the whole system excluding the solar panels in one day in foul weather Could not be any happier with the outcome

Details arrived in yesterday s post rang up as directed spoke to one Amy Robert s who talked me through everything and took my necessary details Phone call this afternoon from appointed company together with further email from Amy Robert s and appointment now made for Assessment All within the space of 24 hours How is that for efficiency Keep it up and thanks
