Did not work

I urge every single person to use this company with EXTREME CAUTION I went on there to get help with converting my jpg text slides into editable pptx files They said they could and that I needed to pay 8 for 24 hours I uploaded my files 153 images and went to do other things while it was supposedly converting I check back on the progress some minutes later only to be told my 10 MINUTES was up and I couldn t do anything else Not only that I later found out the billed me TWICE for the service they never gave me as according to them I already used up my FREE time They offer zero help too I contacted them and they ve not responded I urge you DO NOT PUT YOUR CARD DETAILS ON THIS WEBSITE You will REGRET it My only option is to do a charge back with my bank which I ve already started the process Whatever you re doing dealing with this company is not worth the hassle

People Beware

Slow and inefficient I was converting a videos from iphone format to reduce the size was very slow and did not reduced the size I found a free apps on iphone to do it faster and better

Can t convert audio files

People Beware This software gonna show on your online search then after paying and expecting to work it will NOT work at all I search how to convert AAX files to MP3 and they showed up on the search so BEWARE Now I don t know if I will get refunded

Very very disappointing

If you want to convert an audio file save your money It acts like it can do it then you pay for it and as soon as you try to use it you keep getting a message saying it can t convert to that type of file I ve tried almost every one on the list and NONE OF THEM WORK Total waste of my money I want my money back

very bad expirience

Without any idea of how your document is stored and used by this company the conversion from PNG to IA is supposedly done in SVG and I can t get the converted file from anywhere google drive or simple uploading Waste of time uncertainty on how your data is used and at the end no result More than disappointing

Complete crap

I must say that I m very unsatisfied with this application in the end I had to download almost 400 files one by one and on top of that there were not all there so I had to control all of them and download 10-15 of them again I spend almost 3 hours doing stupid things that should be automatic and provided by this page

A huge waste of time for me

Complete crap Opens tons of other pages that will freeze you out of your computer if you don t know how to get out of them Every time you interact with the site at least one but more likely 2 other pages open in the background trying to download or get you to download malicious software onto your computer STAY AWAY

I found this site while trying to convert a nbak file which is from the NEAT company that sold me a 300 scanner and software but stopped supporting the software in favor of a 120 cloud service that just doesn t work I paid for and uploaded a large file After hours of uploading it gave the error can t yet convert zip pdf MAYBE when you see that a file is an unsupported format INSTEAD of uploading it for hours you could just say that first Wiabsolutely useless for my purpose
