Item not received and no response from the company

Hadn t heard of the company before so checked trust pilot first Ordered an item and it still hasn t arrived and the tracking is showing as not received Have tried to contact the company on the website live chat and contact us form so far no one has responded

Ordered deluxe FF 7 rebirth for collector s value Case came damaged Options they gave 9 refund or send item back and refund for money No chance to get a new one at all Shipment in first hand took 12 days Took the 9 and trying to hunt for non damaged case second hand

If you ever want a new game on time

If you ever want a new game on time never ever use this company Final Fantasy VII Rebirth didn t arrive until Friday 15th March and the launch date was the 29th February They used every excuse under the sun as to why it is delayed I ve had parcels ordered from similar parts of the country where they are based Denmark which had arrived quicker Received no DLC is included I email them and told was it sealed They are clueless One email I got from Square Enix states the onus is on the retailer to distribute codes that that are sent codes digitally from them

I have been a regular customer

I have been a regular customer for several years recommended Coolshop to friends colleagues I bought Dr Hauschka products at lower than available in U K I recently tried to reorder my usual products but there was only a small number of items available I enquired why this was after I ordered was told they were not stocking any more products according to their buyer Then another operative emailed me saying Coolshop no longer sold these items to th U K I looked and all items had been removed overnight Very disappointed to say the least

Childrens bike arrived partly built incorrectly marks on bike so I assume someone else had returned it The pedal was damaged and bearings gone so I had to take it straight to a bike shop to be repaired in time for my daughters birthday No response to complaint sent 12 days ago so far I havent received a request for more information as detailed in their response below - order no 89574704

I haven t recived my order and the online status shows that I have to pick up from service point There is absolutely no information where to pick up my package Also there is no telefon contact and the chat box doesn t work I am living in Venlo amd I dont know where is service point

Send empty boxes

89712454 - Coolshop take your money and send out empty boxes takes ages shipping from Denmark stay clear scam website They don t issue refunds Customer service on chat wasn t interested They do not reply to emails Sent 3 ring door videos confirming it was an empty box and they still won t deal with it and accept liability

Longest delivery time known to mankind

Literally the longest delivery time of Any item I ve ever ordered online Took over 19 days to be delivered That s the standard shipping time apparently according to the customer service who emailed me My child s head has pretty much doubled in size by the time we waited for the hat to be delivered Will not be using this site again

Hopeless customer service and

Hopeless customer service and incredibly unhelpful My expensive electric toothbrush developed a fault within the warranty period I had to post it back to them in Denmark yep they re not in the UK after all and was told I d have a resolution within 3-6 weeks Somewhere between their hub in the UK and their warehouse back in Denmark it s gone missing and it s now almost 10 weeks since I posted it back They will not reply to emails bar the odd 1 in 3 and after much chasing up and they ve offered me a refund the cost of the brush is now 30 more than I paid or for me to continue to wait ad infinitim with no confirmation of when they ll deem the parcel to be lost They also won t chase it at their end Very very poor behaviour Will never buy from them again

12 days later it s not even despatched

I have placed an order 12 days ago they confirmed it and informed me that they are ready to despatch the toy I ordered for my little son It isn t even despatched yet so it s notsocoolshop for me Really disappointed Order 89725322
