Poor quality item Terrible Service

Pure - Siesta Rise Clock Radio The clock was not able to scan and receive all the stations and I do not live in a low signal area I will stick with Roberts radios in the future Also I have yet to receive a refund despite being many many weeks since I returned it I will NEVER buy from this website again I have lost my money

What s the point in preordering if it isn t going to arrive on time

What s the point in preordering if it isn t even going to arrive anywhere near the release date I pre ordered a deluxe edition of Final Fantasy VII Rebirth for 75 and they didn t email me to tell me it would be 6-12 days late until the day before the game s release If I d have known sooner I would ve cancelled my order and bought from somewhere else Didn t give me any tracking or updates no estimated delivery not even a receipt after taking my money Not a good experience I wonder if the game will even arrive at all Very disappointing and offered no compensation other than the option to cancel and a half hearted sorry It clearly states on their website that pre orders will arrive on or around the release date so they have broken their own terms Very shady businessEdit - 12 days later as they said would be the estimated delivery time and no parcel

Useless

Cheap for a reason Pre ordered item wasn t even sent and release date passed Claim it s been dispatched but all they ve done is generate a dead tracking number

Extremely late delivery

I ordered dog food in December 2023 I still haven t received it after almost 2 months They claimed a 2 week delivery period after which I got an email saying the product was on backorder and would take an additional few days despite their website listing the product as in stock I have no expectations I ll receive what I ordered I ve requested a refund and will update when I hear back

Pre ordered a game released on 3rd of March release date 5th march Heard nothing Letterbox remained silent Got in touch they told me release date was 25th WRONG so would have had to wait even longer Bought from cdkeys instead and now have the game

Terrible experence

I ordered and paid for a pre-release copy of Final Fantasy Rebirth Deluxe Edition which comes with pre-order bonus on 03 02 2024 Release date was 29 02 2024 Receive notification that order will be late 28 02 2024 It is not now possible to order a physical copy of the game so I reached out for assurance that it is the pre-order version I will receive This is confirmed by the company who assured me it was a paperwork issue at customs that caused the delay and the item is exactly as described I m promised everything will be done to expedite delivery Advised of further delay 29 02 2024 Contact customer service who make the usual assurances to pacify and get rid Skip to 12 03 2024 and the game arrives yay It s damaged because the packaging is a cheap bubble bag envelope and it doesn t contain the pre-order bonus item which comes inside the sealed game in the form of a code for an in game item So considering I ordered a game promised for delivery on release day what I received was not that version of the game and the fact that they quoted shipping to be 2-6 business days on 29 02 2024 and then reverted to 6-12 business days in contact on 01 03 2024 provides for a very poor customer experience I contacted them about the missing code and get a poor response I didn t complain about the damage because at this point I m just grateful it arrived and works but I asked about the item The first good thing I can say is today I finally laughed because of the reply As a gesture of goodwill and compensation for the missing code we have credited your account with 500 Coolshop points These points can be redeemed towards your next order on our website For whatever value that has to coolshop just keep it It really was an awful experience to be a customer of yours and I won t make that mistake again Stay away See response below You haven t reqested anything and won t do anything to fix this You clearly mis advetise your gaming products just look st the reviews

Terrible Pre-ordered FFVII Rebirth and several days ago asked when it would be shipped I was assured it would be dispatched 23th 24th Today I get an email saying there is a delay the day before release Keeping customers updated is key to a successful business one day prior is not I m now stuffed as its too late to go elsewhere Definitely lost a customer today

Bad experience from start to finish Pre ordered a game back in December and heard nothing until launch day when recieved an email to say that the stock was delayed I thought fair enough these things happen I did really want this title for launch day hence the pre order but if its a few days late I can live with that however what wasn t clear is that they are not a uk company and the package was coming from Denmark this then took over 2 weeks to get to me and has now arrived with a damaged box and without the pre order bonus Midgar bangle as advertised so not only was it very late damaged but also the whole thing didn t arrive spoke to customer services throughout the process and after waiting around half an hour to get on the online chat each time they could seem less interested Bad communication bad customer service bad company won t use again

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE in any case I found a cheaper option of fragrance here and decided to order for my friend s birthday But the price difference does not worth the stress time I ve went through I ordered a perfume but money got back to me and they say that the product is not in stock and will be later I ordered again same thing happened In total I ordered 4 times because I thought that previous orders are canceled since money are reverted I gave up and ordered from Douglas since it was already months since birthday An only now 2 5 months since my first order they charged me 356 euro And sent me the package which i didn t even recieve Support center didn t help me at all and I ama a student left with no money and negative balatfor next 5 weeks

I have just checked down the list of reviews on Trustpilot for this company First using myself and I m also a FFVII Rebirth preorder which has also been screwed by this company I preordered this months ago and my dispatched order has been stuck in limbo for over a week No update or compensation Where has my order gone I m expecting the same half hearted auto-generated reply which is poor customer service when you clearly have had a big issue and not willing to explain or compensate customers
