Dont get sucked in with the cheap prices on pre-ordering games

Took a pre-order of a new game scheduled for release on 22nd June which they claim they didnt receive from the supplier in time They knowing take preorders without any chance of them being fulfilled on release date It is now the 25th and the delivery agent still hasnt received the item from Coolshop Who knows when if ever I will receive the item and the livechat agent at coolshop couldnt tell me or refund me EDIT - Royal Mail received the item 28th and are expected to deliver 29th If you deem the wait justification to save about 7 thats fair enough I have amended my score to reflect that it has actually arrived in to the country now

Not UK based

Claim to have the biggest selection of games and stuff in the UK but they are not even based here very misleading I took delivery times as an estimate had I known it was was going to take several weeks for my item to arrive if it ever does I would have ordered elsewhere That s what I got for ordering the cheapest via Klarna I guess

Ordered but item not arriving

Ordered a Nintendo Switch game on the shop never arrive most probably lost in the delivery Customer service is extremely not helpful Requested a refund but keep being asked to wait for more days I have already waited 11 days Review edited Raised the ratings because the customer support is helpful in this case with the refund but from many past reviews it seems missing delivery is very common I hope CoolShop will look into their delivery part of the business more seriously Thanks

Do not preorder games from Coolshop if you live in the UK

Preorders will not arrive on release day Coolshop is based in Denmark and they receive post games 2 3 days before release However shipping to the UK takes 6-12 days As a result of this my Zelda collector s edition had arrived 6 days late Also the tracking information doesn t update from when it is picked up in Denmark until it arrives at a UK postal hub The customer service was somewhat helpful but nothing much can be done when the parcel is in transit Even if some reviews are positive do not gamble on it as you will only be left disappointed

Expensive Returns Low Value for money toys

Though it has a nl domain the company is from Denmark I ordered a toy for my child which arrived well in time but I believe it was way too expensive for a few grams of plastic 3-2-6 - Pizza Shop On hoping to return it back we realized it would be a paid courier to Denmark which will cost almost 1 3rd of the cost of the toy Not very convenient Would stick to the dutch webstores int he future where returns are easier

I ORDERED PERFUME ON 1 Oct it wasn t in stock therefore requested a refund It s now 16th October and apparently still in transit Next time will avoid this company Update - email from coolshop on 23 10 23 STILL HAVENT REVEIVED MY ORDERUpdate - Eventually received my Order and it was a good buy in the end Worried me that it took so long though I would use again

Never order from this store

Never order from this store just angry 7 days have passed since the day of the order I ordered a game for my son for Sinterklaas the parcel is still not there the child was left without a present I am adding to the review the mail arrived today thank you But if you specified the terms there would be no problems because on the website the shipment is indicated for the next day but in fact for 6 days

Ordered my item 584 on 6th December

Ordered my item 584 on 6th December way before Christmas delivery was guaranteed and yeah you guessed right not here ruined my Christmas thanks very much messaged a number of times to be told it s been shipped then stuck in customs after it s left customs 21st December it s fell off the radar and tracking hasn t moved Definitely won t buy for here again Information sentPackage delivered took nearly a month but it s here finally

Poor packaging

Delivery was quick and product was as described Although it was just out of good luck that the product doggy bed was not damaged or dirty as delivery box had no filling to protect the product The box was basically open when delivered as the half empty box had been crushed during shipping
