I ordered my PS game from here since the price was right and it had the original language english Everything went well except some payment hassle where I had to pay twice for some system error Apparently the payment still went through so I had to be in contact with the customer service for that When the game arrived it was also loose in the case and I was afraid it would be scratched but luckily it was all good I would buy again from this shop and if the same payment bs appears I know now to just ignore it

Great online store Product was exactly what I wanted Polaroid sparepart Only thing that was bit strange was the order tracking that showed that the product was not moving from the warehouse to Finland for over a week One day I just received the order to my mailbox Order was envelope sized Maybe the tracking status is not updating in these cases In the end the overall experience was positive because I was not in a rush to get the parts

Overall experience is fine Had a hiccup with a dock for PS5 were it clearly says on box that the model PS5 I have was not included But support helped to check compatibility and also when checking inlet included with dock also it is mentioned that PS5 disc version is supported It is not possible to deduct this info from product description in the shop Nevertheless I received my products quickly and all was working

The price of the product was lower than others But there was no way to track the delivery of the goods And the packaging was a little damaged opened so I don t know if there was anything else in the box or not advertising booklet coupon free sample

Where is customer support

I tend to buy physical games from you as they are cheaper or have what I want usually limited editions However the last one I bought I opened the box and could not find one of the pre order items I contacted your customer support 9 days ago and have not heard back yet

Very long delivery but cheap and fresh order very early if you don t want to be disappointed

Good price just-in-time delivery

I ordered a last-minute present last-minute as in taking the 5 working days for shipping into account here because the price was good and it arrived at the very next 6th working day Which was just in time in my case The reason for not giving the fifth star is the lack of the possibility to track your order once it has left the shop - so you re basically in the dark about where it is from that moment until it lands on your door mat

took back original review parcel came in 14 days

this was my original review where is my parcel it s been 12 days and still has not been handed over to Royal Mail then I checked the online reviews and my heart sank as I felt I d been scammed was a gift for my friend s kids at Christmas already told my friend I had got his kids something cool now I m looking to go to Amazon where I have to pay a bit more for the same thing again then try and claim money back from coolshop or my bank it s such a hassle and time is running out help me out but i received my parcel 2 days later customer chat on coolshop could be better letting customers know whats going on would help them get let bad reviews
