I have been using Cool shop for a while now the prices are extremely competitive and I am really happy with the delivery times too When I had a problem with my credit points I had a lovely customer care staff member helping me out and everything was sorted in no time Keep up the good work

Good Customer Service

I bought a PlayStation 5 from coolshop They promise price matching in the web pace but when I found the same product in Computer city 400 kr cheaper they refused the price match by excusing items didn t have the same Ean number Person in chat clearly doesn t have any idea what is Ean numbers used for Way you promoting is completely misleading customers Update After couple of mail we have solve the problem company pricematch the item for me Thank you very much Coolshop
