Claimed through my insurance for a broken key from start to finish it was straight forward Great service provided Highly recommended

I was fully informed about the difficulties in locating a replacement key Renault had them on back order the engineer arrived on time and carried out repair and replacement within 30 minutes Friendly and respectful engineer Would use service again

From the very start the service was brilliant The adviser was friendly very helpful and kept me up to date The claim got handle really quickly with getting a locksmith arranged The locksmith was also friendly efficient and kept me up to date at all times A new key was sorted in no time Would highly recommend 5 stars

I phoned up about a replacement key on the Monday as I had lost it The lock Smith came out from RPM auto keys the Wednesday morning and was done within half hour or so Very quick and professional Nice and polite Brilliant service

Coplus saved me today after losing my keys over the weekend Quick reliable friendly and kept me upto date and informed from start to finish The engineer was polite friendly and speedy and I can t recommend them enough

Excellent company

Took a while to get the necessary part not surprising though as I have a pig of a car As soon as the part arrived I was contacted to confirm this and to tell me when to expect the locksmith All very polite and reassuring on the phone The locksmith Peter was lovely Phoned me to let me know he was on his way and went above and beyond to ensure my key was fully working even though it was raining floods Thanks guys
