It s a good opportunity to send a message to the recruiter and hear back most of the time However there are many messages that have been ignored It will be a great platform if all the messages are addressed In the UI if we open a job and go back the screen goes to the top instead of where we left it Sometimes it s difficult to go back when we ve navigated a bit long Most likely many users could have faced this issue

Easy to use and get instant feedback
Easy to use and get instant feedback on your job search I suppose the search experience can be improved a bit especially to convert values to your currency to get a better idea return only what you specify in the filter and nothing else even if it s empty and maybe define alerts still great but can be awesome

Great balance helpful tools
Cord have struck a great balance between a service for employers and job searchers As a searcher I like the way I can see how seriously organisations take their job searches how the roles are laid out The recommendations and search engines are also really good Probably the best bit is how once a conversation is started it s through cord The recruiter has access to CVs and stuff so they don t have to ask for it first contact is often an email or message and it leaves a nice audit trail

Can be good
Firstly while CORD is user-friendly for finding employers not all advertised vacancies may be genuine In many cases HR departments post vacancies to demonstrate activity rather than actively seeking candidates From my experience most hiring occurs through personal connections rather than formal HR processes Secondly CORD is sometimes utilized by recruitment agencies leading to duplicate job postings and confusion across multiple platforms
