It is a good concept but there are no enough new job posts regularly Sometimes you write messages to the job posters and never get a response

On the one hand it s true that during my first months on the network last May June I got contacted by 3 different companies and a 4th last December and that s cool On the other hand the offers are too UK-centered It s not just that most seem to be UK or Remote in UK only I ve even had recruiters explain to me that the conditions and salary range in for a published Remote anywhere position were meant for UK programmers not Spanish ones Also the number of open positions in Cord is kind of low compared to other networks and in my experience companies stop paying attention to new messages once they get their vacant positions covered It s nice to have an alternative to Monster XING Infojobs Linkedin etc the search results appear to be slightly more relevant and it s probably great if you re interested in UK companies specifically However compared to Linkedin where I get 3-6 new offers daily I cannot say that Cord has had that much of an impact in my job search

There is no option to search by company and also it doesn t show where all we have applied It shows certain set of companies only

Mixed feelings because i think the site has been very good i have gotten interview off it However some information that the recruiter view on my profile like the salary or remuneration expected I think this shoud be hidden off the recruiter for reasons where a candidate has lowballed himself then the recruiter can take advantage of this

I managed to secure a job through the site but the UI definitely needs some work Bits I liked it is linked to the website linkedIn page of the company and the person advertising the job

Good addition to jobhunting toolbox Not enough companys on board some well know names but mostly small startups

most of the company expects a lot from the candidate but I felt they are not even trying to give opportunity A good platform for new startups

Its good The visa sponsorship filter is amazing But still very few options need more visa sponsorship companies to register themselves Thanks

This platform sounded great when I got invited into it but all the companies that approached me either seemed weird fake or they were not interested on hiring they were just interviewing for no reason even when getting to the final stage of the interview process Hopefully that will change
