Good way to find opportunities

Cord is a jobs board with a direct messaging aspect I have found it to be very nice to use and found some good opportunities One aspect that has been very good is that it allows matching based on skills and enforces transparency between companies and candidates It would be nice if there was better feedback for candidates who are turned down rather than a generic message of not matching exact requirements but it is understandable that its not always possible There are few usability glitches but the idea itself is sound and the execution is good

The job board is really straightforward to use and all the job posts were up to date which made the platform very valuable The UX was a bit quirky tho I had multiple good conversations started on cord so I definitely recommend using it
