The scanner used by Irish Life Health for end-of-year Claims is too sensitive and rejects claims where a doctor may have crossed over a date because he wrote the wrong date initially Ideally there should be human intervention Secondly I posted a second claims letter dated 3rd June 2023 - Irish Life telephone agent said it was received on 7th July and a delay with An Post - Obviously I have not enquired about An Post s view on this Could it be a difficulty within ILH Otherwise no complaints as outstanding claims were paid on 18th July 2023 PS I thought I was responding to a Cornmarket request to complete a survey regarding Irish Life Health as their agent My mistake so kindly remove if not appropriate That s if anyone has read this PPS I rarely give a 5
