Couldn t have had a better experience Summary Wonderful staff go above and beyond to help out even more than I expected You should shop there So I placed my order with them over the long weekend but I hadn t received a shipping notification on Wednesday I paid for express shipping and my order was set to arrive by then I chucked an email their way and almost straight away I got an email saying basically Hey sorry we had delays because of the long weekend good news is it s getting sent today should arrive tomorrow or the day after Here s a refund for the shipping At most it s going to arrive 2 days later than predicted most likely only 1 yet they refunded me The person I spoke with Lorenzo was polite and very helpful He deserves a raise in my opinion Honestly I haven t even GOT the clothes yet and I know I ll be shopping there again I really hope they pay their employees well because they re very good at their job I ve never bought from them though the missus has and her clothes are really soft and good looking I steal her hoodies a lot Seriously- If you re reading this and are considering shopping at cotton on do it The clothes are cheap nice looking and there s a great variety

So good so far
I ve placed 2 orders with them within the last year Items look expensive but are good prices They have these crazy sales which draws me in anywhere The quality seems good I placed my order on the 7th and got it yesterday Oct 11 so shipping is fast Just wish you could track the package through your account on the site instead of it being emailed to you I hate going through my email but I am a faithful customer for now and I hope to see the company grow PLEASE BRING BACK THE KISS MY ABS TOP

Suprisingly good
WOW I ve shopped with Cotton on in the past and the experience was rather hit and miss this time I was super happy with all the items I received mainly activewear and sleepwear - everything fit extremely well super comfortable and seemed well made I had reservations about Cotton on but I would look to purchase from them again if I need some affordable gym wear and other basics

The mailman put my package from cotton
The mailman put my package from cotton on into the wrong mailbox the person who got it never returned it I asked for a refund and within 3 days they granted it which they didn t have to do since tracking said it was delivered and most companies won t but they did P S I ve always love their simplistic clothes and good quality for the price they have a customer for life
