I love my cowboy and can highly recommend it It is beautiful and I really enjoy every single ride Everything went smoothly from delivery to contacting the service and the app gets frequent updates Keep on the great work

Great bike

Great bike - simple well made and beautiful Has transformed my riding experience Responsive service too and good comms - the bike is a bit on the expensive side but so far I d say it is worth it Hoping that the service side will be easy but not many options in Scotland for this make - but hopefully it will catch up

Today Cowboy surprised me totally They developed a new Ticket system which automaticly open a new service request when you start a chat with cowboy Now in the App you can see the SLA which includes the time and progress of your request They got much better in solving a customer request I liked it very much cause i want to drive cowboy as long as possible

happy with cowboy C2 bike and support

I ve been riding a Cowboy bike for many years and am very happy with the C2 Not only with the bike but also the support and the easy communication convinced me This year I had problems with my motor and the controller Despite the warranty having long since expired Cowboy was very accommodating and solved my problem really quickly and easily Thanks to the entire team

C3 is the best city bike ever

C3 is the best city bike ever It is my first bike from cowboy Bevor I have had 2 other e-bikes from different brands nearly 15000km The top development update was the Adaptiv 2 0 control

Easy and smooth communication - great bike

Great bike Use it to commute to work about 4 days a week Have it over 18 months and still happy with the purchase smooth communication via the app in case you need anything I recently booked maintenance and wantend some extra works to be done All easily arranged via the app

I love my Cruiser ST

I love my Cruiser ST I have had this bike for almost a year Driving the bike goes really smoothly and love the looks of it My youngest daughter enjoys sitting at the back in the child seat Often I use the app for checking out the statistics of my rides and it displays a lot of details around the ride The only improvement I would like to see is that the combination of a luggage carrier and ring lock would be possible to install The service for me has been great And yes there was a delay but nowadays this often is the case for many suppliers who are dependent of other suppliers Cowboy has always been transparant about delivery Once a defect was detected on the battery and customer service sent me a replacement and within a few days I received it So happy about that

Outstanding experience with my Cowboy 4 Cruiser They way I put it is my Cowboy is to bikes what the iPhone is to phones It is its own category I love many things about the bike - the riding experience is so smooth progressive and adaptative - design is absolutely flawless - connectivity with or without the phone is amazing The theft detection feature is also a great addition - it pushes me to bike more I used to use shared scooters motorbikes ridesharing apps etc Now I cycle everywhere My only issue is that some of the accessories that they suggest with the bike are not as good I bought a Brooks Bike bag that isn t great I suggest they recommend better brands such as Ortlieb or else

I feel sexy cruising the city

When my bike got delivered setting it up was easy And the parts I needed some help the customer service in the app was really fast and helpful Now I m riding the bike for just over a month and it s such and addition to my Dutch bike lover life I feel sexy cruising the city I feel empty when I didn t ride the bike for a day I discover new routes and I didn t knew I could love biking more but my Cowboy proved it was possible
