Excellent assistance
I was unable to complete the checkout as the page continued to buffer Agatha was able to suggest alternative procedures but non of these worked so she placed the order manually on my behalf which was great as I could take advantage of the discount offer which ended that evening Thanks Agatha

Beautiful products and great customer service
Beautiful products but I had an issue where my payment would not process despite trying numerous methods different cards and Klarna Eventually managed to place an order only to find out it had gone through multiple times I called and spoke to someone to be fair they had tried to call me first to advise I d made multiple orders she said she would speak to another department and they called me back really quickly to say that they had cancelled 3 of the 4 orders Excitedly waiting for my lovely items to arrive

Great quality furniture and customer service was fab
We just bought two Hamar display cabinets There was a discount on which made them more affordable They were on a delay but actually arrived much quicker than expected and they are lovey Needed some help from customer services and they were excellent

Cox and Cox always provide beautiful furniture and furnishings for us This time I managed to spell my email address incorrectly so wasn t sure of the status of the order Luckily I spoke to Agatha in the customer experience team who very quickly rectified the issue Can t wait to receive my new Cox and Cox items soon

Great customer service from Baha
18 11 24 update - delivery did not arrive and no call to let me know I ve had to call twice since then now waiting for an outcome At this point I would not recommend this company in terms of logistics Baha was very helpful this morning I called to query when my desk would be delivered She called re my order and arranged the delivery date Baha was friendly and made the process smooth Many thanks
