Jewellery looks spectacular online I feel the jewellery advertised is made to the highest quality however that s not what I received The engraving was off centre and the picture is very difficult to make out I feel these orders are not checked before being packaged The clip is very flimsy I have wore it once and it already looks tarnished The lack of communication with the seller to the customer is next to nothing She was constantly taken on more work load and did not close shop to complete orders she was already behind on Therefore a guaranteed Christmas delivery was received after Christmas If its made with love I feel she should have stopped taken in orders like every other company around the start of November as people would not get there orders after Christmas This shows money is more valuable to the seller than presenting customers with high quality low cost jewellery Best part of my order was the pink packaging

Extremely disappointed in the whole experience I ordered a charm for a friend a few months ago and it was so difficult to see the image nothing like what is projected online I messaged the seller who simply stated it is a hologram so it just looks like that and also depends on the image you send I would have hoped that any image not good enough would have been relayed to me so I could send a better image but that s just what I would do I decided to order again anyway and ordered two engraved keyrings for my parents anniversary Today I received two necklaces Unbelievable I sent a courteous message to let the seller know she got my order wrong and messages from her were very brash and no apology was forthcoming until I pointed out that an apology goes a long way Orders can get mixed up and people make mistakes but my issue was the way the seller handled everything I had to point out that I should not be paying return postage before it was offered to me I was told she wouldn t pay more than 2 69 and it cost me 3 23 to post back She did refund this but when I let her know that this has been an upsetting experience she responded poorly with no professionalism at all I ve now been removed from her Instagram which is fine but I ve now had to go through PayPal to request a full refund I don t want to give a gift to my lovely parents from this seller because it is just tainted and I would have expected better quality but the pictures on Instagram are not a 100 true representation of the ones I received The packaging was poor also- different coloured boxes and different sizes It seems that it is just that is the only love of this seller and certainly not the customer I wouldn t make excuses for an error I made- I would instantly want to make it right I wish this seller had the same ethos AT NO POINT DID I EVER WANT A REFUND AND TO KEEP THE ITEMS PLEASE REFRAIN FROM LYING ABOUT THE SITUATION AND JUST ACCEPT THAT YOUR GOODS AND SERVICE HAVE FALLEN VERY SHORT

I had messaged the seller before ordering as I wasn t sure on delivery times as I wanted it by a certain date for my mums 50th this was 2 weeks away The seller messaged me and said she would make sure I had it by the 26th exactly when I wanted it for I placed my order and told the seller that I had placed it so she could get it done and shipped out I still hadn t received my order by the 24th so I messaged to ask if it had been sent she replied yes The following morning just the day before I needed my order the seller messaged me to tell me that my picture wasn t clear enough When she had already told me that it had been posted I ended up telling her I would come and pick the neckless up my self as it was the day before and there s no way it would come in time in the post I drove 40 minutes to the house and 40 minutes back The seller never apologised to me or even offered me the postage money back as I had drove to get it my self Would not order again

bought a keyring in february which was fine bought 2 necklaes for mothers day one arrived and one hasnt because i accidentally put my mums address with my postcode i messaged the seller to see if the parcel goes back to her if they cant deliver it so i could give the correct address she read this message and put a message up saying she isnt replying because she needs a break but then continued to post that night and the next day so 2 days later i asked her again does it go back to her or not and shes read it and ignored again she then also put a story up saying shes offering a discount again definitely will not be ordering from her again

Seller is always complaining on Instagram she s always taken defense to bad reviews Suck it up and go cry into your pillow She wants brand reps with followers of 6k or above clearly wants to get her name out there says the seller with 7 2k She s too highly strung She says she can t show people her equipment incase people copy her idea She seriously makes me laugh we all know its a lazer that does the engraving these machines can easy and cheaply be sourced on amazon Can t wait to see the end of her money making scam As for the jewellery cheap tat and hard to see any photos THANK YOU FOR YOUR REPLY MY BOYFRIEND HAS ORDERED FROM YOU YOU SHOW IMAGES ON INSTAGRAM OF GREAT PHOTOS ECT AND THIS IS NOT WHAT CUSTOMERS GET PLEASE STOP LYING TO YOUR CUSTOMERS AND STOP THINKING ABOUT

Very disappointed Cheap quality and I can hardly see the images I wont be buying again Waste of money It took ages to arrive Seller is rude

Service was absolutely disgusting When I was placing my order I had messaged the seller to ask what the current time scale was to receiving the product as I wanted the product for my mums 50th birthday The seller reassured me that she would make my product and I would receive it well before the date I needed it this was 3 weeks notice It got to 2 days before I needed the product and it had still not arrived in the post so I messaged the seller to ask if it had been posted she said yes the following morning she messaged me to say my image was not clear enough But had already told me it had been posted I had to send more images and then had to go and pick up the product my self as it wouldn t come in a day if she would of posted it There was no apology from the seller and didn t even offer my postage money back when I had to drive 1hour 45mins to collect the product This seller is after one thing only and that s the money

Terrible customer service Ignores messages When she does respond she s snotty as hell Ask her a way ration about your order she is horrible Took ages for it to arrive When it did I thanked her and she ignored my message after reading it

I ordered 2 personalised charms they never arrived I contacted Crafted by KS who said they must have been lost in the post and would re issue them These have never arrived either I have since attempted to contact Crafted by KS several times and they don t reply to my messsages

Paid 72 for a bracelet that ended up cutting into my wrist because the hearts are so sharp I couldn t buy another bracelet and the owner was in no way helpful Anyway I stuck with it on my other wrist and it fitted sooo much better I had it on for about 2 weeks and I was sat watching a movie one day I reached for my drink and it snapped No pressure was put on the bracelet I always took it off when I bathed etc and yet it snapped For the price I paid I wouldn t recommend them The concept was great but for what you get I just wouldn t bother Plus I was left picking up the tiny beads for ages and days later still finding them Such a shame because the pictures look amazing but I just felt once the Monday was taken and my order was shipped the service was just not great I wouldn t buy again and unfortunately I wouldn t recommend
