Firstly I m not taking away from the bracelet itself as I think it s such a beautiful gift which I bought for my mum who s sister passed away However I was slightly disappointed after I messaged Katie to explain that I love the bracelet but the only thing I would say is that the engraving was closer to the right of the charm as apposed to it being central and that the writing on the back had collided slightly but explained that I still love the item Katie read my message and ignored it and was active on Instagram posting on her story So I wouldn t recommended the customer service side of it but for the price the gift is reasonable replying to your reply I understand your very busy however you read and ignored my message there s the issue Then continued to post on your Instagram story after I explained the way the image wasn t central Never mind

I was a bit disappointed with the size of it for how much it cost I expected it to be bigger more so the mould for a starter kit very disappointing sorry

Absolutely made up with the item but had to take the chain in to get clasp fixed I know it was only 10 but expected to last longer than a wk But great service just disappointed with item

I ordered a necklace i had to message a few times as no reply i didn t feel like they quality was great and was hard to make out the person s face Was a gift so was a bit gutted
