I have been waiting for my refund for two weeks I write the company every day and will not answer send message I hope we an resolve this will not refund my purchase order 239843

Unreliable

Ordered and paid for the Notre Dame wooden puzzle that never arrived This was during Covid

Item never arrived

My order was marked as delivered but I never received it I ordered through Shop Pay and on their end it says it was returned No explanation as to why it was returned and no response from their customer service

Still no refund

Order has been sent back a week and still no credit to my credit card Send e-mails daily and was told I would receive full credit but credit never appears and they never explain why I ordered approximately 3 weeks ago and I have neither the puzzles or my refund

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service Be warned I received an email stating that my order was delivered but it wasn t I emailed customer service and was told that according to the post office it had been delivered I replied that it hadn t been and received no reply This was on Monday The next day my neighbor came over with my package it was delivered to his address Had he not brought it to me I would have just been screwed and Crafthub doest care The representative was named Anna

Fake tracking numbers

Expected 6 to 9 day delivery is a lie Ordered 25 days ago and I m still waiting If I would of known this was coming from China I never would of ordered On the 19th I received an email saying it was delivered but the tracking number still shows in route Very disappointed

As bad as it gets

As bad as it gets Sent the item using an incomplete address Of course the delivery attempt failed We could not pick it up because we never got the notification of the attempted delivery After complaining they wanted to charge an extra 9 Eur for re-delivery When we said no they cancelled the order but still want us to pay the cost of the failed delivery They do not understand that if they don t use the proper address and the delivery fails it is not the customer responsibility to pay for the shipping costs avoid them if you don t want to get cheated out of your money

I have now been contacting this company

I have now been contacting this company for 4 weeks writing them every other day they have yet responded to refunding my order the puzzles were sent back the day the post office received them That was 4 weeks ago the order was 239843

Ordered 2 puzzles 11 26

Ordered 2 puzzles 11 26 Stated delivery would be about the 13th to 15th of December I received an email last week that said it was delivered And then it said it might take a day or two after that I have been continually emailing them The order number does not work when I put it in and I am no longer hearing from them This is a rip off company as far as I am concerned they are not answering my emails

No customer service just lip service

Ordered puzzles on the 20th of October the same day I cancelled because the item was sent to wrong address Emailed every day to be sure the package wasnt sent and purchased elsewhere Finally a week later I was told the items shipped but I was to refuse delivery and send back and a refund would be issued Item was sent back Oct 30th and I still havent received my refund Company keeps asking for me to change my rating but will not issue me my refund order 239843
