hiya I found the pieces too small as I

hiya I found the pieces too small as I have arthritis in my hands and should have had a bigger one can I return this one and get a bigger one please

Christmas gifts

I ordered 15 puzzles for Christmas gifts It took a long time to get them but II did get them They are beautiful but the two owl puzzles are missing pieces I have sent two e mails detailing my problem but have not received any replies Please let me know if you can replace the missing pieces or replace the puzzles I m waiting yo see how good customer service really is I will write another review and let you know

Lost in Delivery

They look really nice but the Package delivery is very bad and confusing After a month I have still not received and filed a complaint Also they sent an annoying amount of marketing e-mails As soon as I receive the puzzles I would be able to complete my review on Crafthub

Broken puzzle pieces

My aunt locally purchased these beautiful wooden puzzles for all her great nieces and nephews Unfortunately my daughter s puzzle had several wooden pieces that were broken I contacted Crafthub directly for a replacement as we live in Kansas and our aunt lives in California not an easy return situation They would not provide any type of replacement even with pictures submitted of the broken pieces We really enjoyed the complexity of the puzzles and beautiful colors BUT their response is less than desirable

Missing piece of puzzle Edit

I ordered the Peacock puzzle for my friend s birthday and although it was in a sealed plastic bag with a checked stamp Unfortunately hers had a piece missing Having tried multiple times for a reply to my emails I have now given up RUBBISH COMPANY EDIT Late Dec 2023 I have now received my replacement puzzle Therefore changed my star rating It was a shame this couldn t have been dealt with sooner However everything is now in order Thank you for your help

Disappointed

I ordered two puzzles one of which was a Christmas present I started on my puzzle today and the tips or ends of three pieces broke off So what is the puzzle going to look like completed I sent message to them and did get a response email from Anna Jones stating they got my email and will get back with me on Monday morning We ll see
