I have been trying to get my refund for

I have been trying to get my refund for 3 weeks now with no avail After posting a review I get a e-mail asking for order info even though I post it in the review At first they asked that I change my review I told them we can talk about my review after I am given my refund on my returned order I give them my phone number but they have never called they just state that they would like to resolve the issue its pretty simple I have returned the puzzles issue the refund order 239843

I spent over 65 on puzzles over 2

I spent over 65 on puzzles over 2 weeks ago and have not heard back from the 3 emails I have sent about my order I can t even find the email receipt or anything with shipping but they sure took the money out of my account

Very poor quality products being sold

Very poor quality products being sold for a very hefty price Discounts are just clickbait The price you pay is probably atleast 10x the worth of these products No option for return - you ll pay the return which is addressed in the US even though the product was obviously shipped from China

Missing Pieces Seriously

I bought these puzzles for all my grandchildren for Christmas My oldest put his together already and it s missing pieces How disappointing for the child and embarrassing for me

False advertising

Bought this puzzle for my friend for Xmas as the advertisement was lovely so what I did expect is a lovely box all the piece in a sheer bag Well what did I get the jigsaw pieces in a plastic zip bag and in a see through plastic box looks so cheep False advertisement you put up I just hope to Goodall the pieces are there Contacted customer service what a shock ignored meI wouldn t recommend to anyone

Still no order

I am so disappointed with this company I ordered multiple puzzles and waited my time for a tracking number Nothing came When I emailed them I received a tracking number that still says awaiting shipment details I have emailed twice since I was assured the order would be delivered with no response All I want are the puzzles as advertised and what I paid for Order from Craft-hub with caution

The puzzle received was fun but

The puzzle received was fun to put together and unique but there are multiple drawbacks -It took forever to received the puzzle after ordering I had to follow-up multiple times with their online customer services -The box that the puzzle came was crushed but we weren t able to see that it was crushed until after the gift was given and opened by the person who received the gift -There were also issues with a few of the puzzle pieces - one of the pieces has the laminate design part completely not attached and a few of the pieces had edges of the laminate design broken off as we took them out of the wrapping Follow-Up The company contacted me by email 3 days after leaving this review offering me a full refund for the puzzle if I gave them a 5 star review Ha No

Ordered several puzzles on 12 16 23

Ordered several puzzles on 12 16 23 I have yet to receive them and it is 1 12 24 I have emailed them twice with no response Tracker says package is in Cleveland Ohio and it has been there since December 28 2023 Very sorry I ordered from this company

Absolute rubbish quality item when received Looked like someone had printed the label from a home computer on the jigsaw puzzle Complained and sent it back which was confirmed as received Cost more than the item to return to USA Have had no further email replies about my refund despite being told it had been refunded Avoid this company

If I could use ZERO STARS I would

If I could use ZERO STARS I would Disgusting customer service which runs you around in circles no customer service phone number and all done through messenger They use UniUni as a delivery service and they are disgusting too Never got my package and the picture they took of it isn t even the right address or my front door I have been in a fight with both companies since January 10 2024 I called the Better Business Bureau on UniUni and they have had many complaints about them CraftHub is the next call to the Better Business Bureau Go check Uniuni and CraftHub review sites nothing good said about either and horrendous ratings with them being being flagged red flagged BUYER BEWARE
