Was great fun challenging but made your brain work I ve got 3 puzzles I ve completed the lion one can t wait for Christmas to make the Christmas tree puzzle Really great family activity amazing designs looks amazing when complete

I ordered from this brand and paid an extra shipping Fee and I got my order in a concise period Their customer service team was very supportive especially Anna I am really happy I went with my gut feeling to check them out Their puzzle is beautiful and really happy with my order I saw so many negative reviews here

Really nice puzzle

Delivery took a bit but update mails were sent Quality of the puzzle is very good and the colours are nice The size of the puzzle is smaller than put on the box but that s not a problem for me The puzzle is delivered in a plastic box which makes sure that the pieces are not broken A paper is added with an example of the puzzle as a reference to start building your set I will buy another one since my daughter and I had a lot of fun

Good customer service Accurate email tracking and follow through Puzzles arrived within expected time and in perfect condition Are very pretty Have not yet put the puzzles together - so will update if not as expected For now very happy with order and service

Purchased 4 A5 puzzles from here All arrived in perfect condition well packaged Slight odour from the wood where it has been cut but this isn t anything too overwhelming it off putting

The Craft Hub puzzles are difficult enough to be challenging and all are beautiful I m totally hooked on wooden puzzles having placed two large orders in the past New customers will be pleased to learn that Craft Hub s customer service is excellent After placing my first order I realized I d ordered the wrong size and received immediate response when requesting a change The sturdy plastic packaging is excellent both for storage and for sharing If you haven t tried wooden puzzles do so You will not find any other sellers with puzzles prices and service to top Craft Hub s

Bought puzzle because my granddaughter

Bought puzzle because my granddaughter age 7 loves them There was a delivery issue totally my fault as the address was incomplete So My order was returned I contacted the company and long story short the were extremely sympathetic and helpful in resending my order with the correct address They also covered the shipping because I messed up in sending the funds for shipping Anna the customer service agent was wonderful The puzzles are well made and beautifully painted Thank you

I have received two orders from Crafthub The puzzles themselves are well crafted and a fun way to change up the way you do puzzles Each puzzle is crafted with the theme of the puzzle contains many unique and different shapes of the theme and almost every animal is smiling at you if you flip the jig or hold it up you can see the crafted designs and faces The customer service team has gone above and beyond to ensure that any issues with the first order were corrected I received new puzzles and appreciate the time and care taken by the Crafthub team to make sure I was completely satisfied with my experience

I have ordered twice from this company a total of twelve puzzles all perfect and beautiful They are much trickier than they first appear to be I am giving them out everyone for Christmas
