Terrible company Extremely poor

Terrible company Extremely poor customer service and communication waited over a week and my goods had not arrived in fact they had not been shipped you dont expect to wait over a week for this kind of service

Very poor customer service

Very poor customer service I ordered 2 items and only received 1 Spent over a month contacting them to get a refund Felt very frustrated They were not willing to rectify their mistake so I felt that they simply did not care They even had the cheek to offer me a 1p refund instead Unfortunate as they sell good products at good prices but if you ever have a problem occur the customer service is awful Never shopping with this company again

I gave them one star but honestly if I could have given them none I would have Wish I d read all these reviews before ordering They are a complete and utter waste of time Poor customer service poor communication and painfully slow delivery schedules I would not recommend them to anyone and once I ve received my order won t waste time on placing another If anyone reads this before ordering from them I d recommend you look elsewhere unless you enjoy being frustrated and annoyed

Appalling customer service

Appalling customer service They are not setup for Brexit at all so are over charging EU customers To make matters worse they aren t rectifying any of their issues instead make it out its the customers problem - awful awful service So disappointing Also yes their welcome 20 off codes are not applicable to everything - would recommend you go elsewhere

Poor service

Extremely poor customer service and communication Regularly order things and there will be items missing And then not available When you get your refund they take points back so you dont get full refund even though its their stuff up And take forever to resolve issues Pity it is the only place I can buy certain brands otherwise I would take my business elsewhere

One star too many

I bought five packs of card blanks which arrived packed in a thin paper envelope in a plastic bag unsurprisingly three out of the five were damaged and unusable After many emails sending photos etc I m now expected to cover the cost of the return postage for craftstash to decide whether they ll issue a refund or not I ve used many craft stores over the years and craftstash have to be the worst The products are fine when they re not damaged but the returns policy is terrible With so many companies out there I d give this one a wide berth

Misleading advertising

Products are great but emails advertising offers are misleading at best eg say postage is free when only on certain types of magazines not all advertise free between 22 - 29th November when its only free on one of those dates No customer service at weekend so you order and then find out the offers don t apply when you contact cs on Monday

The promise delivery within 5-8 working days After 2 weeks I still havent received my parcel Further More the currency Converter on their Homepage is Not correct Paypal Charged me more than the final balance stated in my Order I would have preferred so Much paying 5 euros more on any other website but receiving my Order with in 2 days I ordered sth from China at the same time which has mareado arrived Not recommendable at all

Their dispatch packaging time is poor been waiting a week for my order status to change from processing to dispatched and it s only being sent by Evri they don t take long to deliver My first order with them and it s not looking like a positive experience Won t return to make a new order

I had put in a 150 order for Made to Surprise The stamps did not stamp evenly In the die sets two different covers and they put in two of the same die sets There has been no reply from them to make it right They take your money and give you extremely poor product
