I have been ordering from this website for a while now and have always had a good experience however lately I have ordered products when they have had plenty in stock And even bought add on dies to match certain die series however the last couple of times the products I ordered have not turned up When I complained I was told that there were some problems with the picking and either royal Mail and although craftstash gave me the tracking numbers all I get from royal mail is a message stating that we can only give you delivery progress once we attempt to deliver In other words the parcel is lost And you have no way of claiming for it of even getting it Although Craftstash refunded me I really wanted the product which is now out of stock and I do not think it will ever be in stock But this is now happening more frequently just hope they do not get to big And their good service suffers as a result X

Invisible small print
Cannot comment on their goods as didn t buy anything Their offer of 20 discount was tempting so I signed up for emails - 5 in the first 24 hours That aside tried to place my order but the code was invalid Used the chat form I was told that the 20 off does not cover everything No where on the site or my email did it say this I sent screenshots and was then told to send the email to them as sometimes they terms can come up white Asked for an email address to forward it too and was still waiting so left the chat Beware the invisible small print

Very disappointing service
Last year I ordered stamps but mistakenly thought the order hadn t gone through so did it again When I received the stamps I emailed to say about what had happened and said I send back the repeats- received a reply saying that s fine we will credit you when we get them I posted them first class and after a while emailed to ask about the refund and was told we haven t received them which I find rather strange so I won t use them again and wouldn t recommend them I will say Lou s stamp is beautiful but even that won t convince me to use them again

Recieved order Had mentioned that I had been trying ti use the discount spend over 40 but that the basket kept crashing Spoke to somebody who said they would refund discount Which would have been fine either way Then I recieved the order 9 days later normally despatched couple days and two stamperia items missing They had actually refunded and just removed two items from my order That is dishonest One of those was for a popular channel a guest project I am involved in which would have got them some views but never mind Update on the machine I can send it back but going to be expensive by dpd Oh well Buyer beware I think they took the

Disappointing first order
Disappointing first order with this company My order came to 118 and it was all stuffed and squashed in a Jiffy bag There were so many items in there you couldn t get any more in Consequently some items were damaged and I had to contact Customer Services and ask for replacements Quick response from them and although fairly apologetic they said their warehouse was trying out new ways to send things Yes cheaply

Terribly slow delivery times
The major gripe for me with Craft Stash is how incredibly slow their delivery times are My first took 6 days to get to me - not good but maybe a one-off I thought This time it has taken 5 days for the order to be DISPATCHED never mind received There is an expectation of quick delivery in today s market dominated by one major company no names mentioned and Craft Stash really need to up their game in this regard or they will start losing custom Let s face it there are plenty of other companies to choose from I certainly won t be using them again

I placed an order on Monday 4th
I placed an order on Monday 4th September with standard delivery saying it would take 2-5 working days It s now the 13h September 9 days later 7 working days and still no sign of my parcel Disappointing as I was looking forward to using this craft firm but think I will think twice in future

New Customer can t log in can t check out either
UPDATED I telephoned customer services to try again for my order whilst they didn t seem to pick up on the need to address their website gremlin they did happily take my order and it arrived in good time Haven t placed any subsequent orders Really disappointed New customer created the account days ago but can t log in reset password too just keeps going around in a loop Same thing is happening with trying to checkout my shopping basket nearly 100 just keeps looping Way too many marketing emails already

Great products fast delivery They do need more items in stock as there is a lack of items sadly Nevertheless the discounts and bonus points are a great incentive to purchase time and time again to get money off

Pleasantly surprised
A little slower than competitors 5 working days Royal Mail 2nd class and no confirmation of shipping added unnecessarily to any uncertainty Switching off telephone lines didn t help either Stock levels were shocking with most of what I wanted out of stock That having been said what was in stock arrived in good condition and the 20 discount made up for these niggles In conclusion I would buy again on the basis of value and not expectations of best service Not sure how this will work out in the future without the new customer discount though
