Fantastic products at great prices Order was dispatched within 24 hours and delivery came in two days Really polite and friendly customer service team Always my go to place for my crafting materials

I discovered this craft supply store a while ago while looking for Jane Davenport mixed media suppy I had problems finding many of these products in Europe I m very happy I ve found this place They carry a large selection of JD supplies and many other brands I ve ordered several times and must say that I m very happy with the whole process I live in Germany and order products from the UK a lot It generally takes 10-15 days until I receive any order from Britain With Craftstash I receive my packages within two days of ordering I m very happy with Craftstash Ordering my art supplies is very easy for me now

Ordered a product which was sent out

Ordered a product which was sent out quite quickly I then happened to have a problem with evri the delivery company not being able to find my address This was obviously not anything to do with craftstash themselves When I contacted them by telephone I didn t have any problems getting through and they were extremely helpful in resolving the problem As soon as evri failed to deliver on the 3rd time I contacted craftstash again and they sent me out a new product by next day delivery but I arranged for a different delivery address I didn t have any problems with craftstash themselves and would definitely purchase from them again

I ordered my goods Friday 8th October

I ordered my goods Friday 8th October then came on here to look at the reviews I normally do it the other way round and I m glad I didn t After seeing reviews I panicked thinking I should of gone elsewhere so I contacted customer services to as for delivery time They replied right away with ETA of 2-5 working days This morning I received my item I m so pleased with my shopping experience with CraftStash I m 100 happy with the service and will definitely be using them again

Omg I just received my So beautifully

Omg I just received my So beautifully organised stationary box 1 Floral I am blown away this box cost me 11 48 that s with postage and all I subscribe to 8 or 9 different stationary boxes and this has just exceeded my expectations every item I picked up there was an even nicer one underneath such good quality and Value thank you Craft Stash I m going to be scooping up lots of things from this site Such I nice generous box of goodies no scrimping on the contents or quality a welcome smile on my face during these hard times 10 stars outta 5

Great customer service great products

I was having difficulty sourcing an item that was out of stock everywhere else which brought me to Craftstash I placed my order online but rang through to make payment The lady who took my order was very helpful and pleasant i opted for free delivery as it wasnt urgent however there is also another option for next day delivery I ordered on a Wednesday and the order was delivered the following Wedsnesday All as it should be no drama I will be ordering these items from Craft Stash in future

What a fantastic company to deal with

What a fantastic company to deal with I ordered an expensive 27 piece Die set that 1 of the pieces didn t cut I contacted customer service and spoke with lovely Nicola she immediately sent me another set the intricate piece again had problems no fault of craft stash Nicola has been there via phone and email every step of the way to sort my problem I have now ordered a replacement which is more expensive and haven t been charged the extra money Thankyou craft stash and a massive thankyou to Nicola I will definitely be back wish more companies were like this 5 star plus
