Very poor customer service

Very poor customer service I ordered 2 items and only received 1 Spent over a month contacting them to get a refund Felt very frustrated They were not willing to rectify their mistake so I felt that they simply did not care They even had the cheek to offer me a 1p refund instead Unfortunate as they sell good products at good prices but if you ever have a problem occur the customer service is awful Never shopping with this company again

Terrible company Extremely poor customer service and communication waited over a week and my goods had not arrived in fact they had not been shipped you dont expect to wait over a week for this kind of service

Is this company for real

Where to start Their customer service is non-existent You phone and get a constant message stating no-one is available to speak to you and to leave a message No point - no-one gets back to you anyway I sent a complaining email which has also been ignored I wanted a certain item that was ordered way back in October Nothing arrived Next I got a notification to say my money had been refunded - no explanation nothing The item was still on their website so I reordered Again after a very long wait the order only partially arrived yet they charged me the full whack They are impossible to contact Craft Stash if you are reading my name is Janet Hammond should you wish to investigate I won t hold my breath

A completely useless website and company I have tried and tried and tried to place an order which will not go through You have to sign in so they can endlessly email you When I signed up I was told a 20 discount code would come through within 24 hours - nothing received - so I emailed tried calling did an online chat still nothing and they said it must be in my junkmail but was not Two days later tried again did online chat who gave me the discount code but same problem - could not order as the Place Order button not working - so they said via online chat - must be my computer - so I tried ordering using MS Edge rather than Chrome - same problem - so I tried placing the order using my smartphone - same problem They said they would call me I am still waiting

Shocking service Avoid

Ever since they became part of Practical Publishing their level of service deteriorated rapidly I used to get an almost instant reply to my e-mails now I m lucky if they respond at all On the last occasion it took them four days I had cancelled an order that had been outstanding since July They refunded me and told me they would inform the delivery company EVRI Somehow still received a message from EVRI that they had my parcel and would deliver parcel went missing was found and apparently delivered to me obviously not with the proof being an image of a map I have spent so much time on writing to Craftstash and to EVRI that I have vowed never to use either company again even if it means missing out on certain products There are far better online retailers around that offer a much better service and use Royal Mail At least they are reliable even though they have the occasional strike

Long waits in between correspondence when there s an issue

Edit After posting this review I was sent one back to ask for photographic proof which I obliged and have been waiting for some sort of a reply or even a generic reply of getting back This is really shoddy service Somehow I feel they are drawing it out Its not good enough I dont know why craftstash have degraded so much

Delayed delivery of pre-orders

They offered a pre-order on stock that was due to be shipped on 3 10 didn t update the website the stock shipped a week later than advertised and now the shipping has been delayed It s the 12 10 - where s my stuff I should have ordered from somewhere else My local art store have delivered their items from the same range on the 2 10 - it doesn t make sense that they re still waiting for the supplier Will never use again

Be careful buying a Cricut machine from Craft Stash

I purchased a Cricut machine earlier this year from Craft Stash Unfortunately its pressure has diminished over time I m an avid user of Cricut machines and rigorously checked this machine against another machine I own using the same mat material blade It is very evident the pressure on this machine is not what it should be I contacted Craft Stash who offered to collect the machine and test it They tested it and said there was nothing wrong and sent it back There is not a shadow of a doubt that this machine is defective and so despite the machine being defective they have taken no responsibility for the machine I d like to also add this process took around 2 weeks I have bought all other machines direct from Cricut While I paid a little extra it is worth every penny to receive Cricut s excellent customer service and who will 100 honour their warranties Think very carefully before saving may 10 or 20 but ending up having to keep a defective machine I have learnt the hard way I won t be buying a Cricut machine or another item from this company again I hope I can at least help others not to make the same mistake

Dont do it They are terrible

Dont do it dont be fooled by the prices I paid for some items on the 5th since the 11th i have not heard ANYTHING and they ignore me They NEVER answer phones the dont respond to emails they ignore you on Facebook the ONLY reason why i will get my money back is because i paid via Paypal and have now raised a complaint against them through paypal which no doubt will FORCE them to respond and start providing excuses for their dreadful service My advice pay a few pounds more and use another company IF you still use them use paypal so that you can get paypal to force them to give you your money back YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED Craftstash my order number is 3000986799 Im not interested in the items anymore i just want my money back God forbid if i had to return something to you or do further business the thought makes me shudder

Out of stock Craft stash used to be my favourit

Craft stash used to be my favourite site for all craft supplies at brilliant prices But in the last couple of months most items I want are out of stock I ve messaged them asking about what is happening but no reply Does anybody know what is going on
