The WORST company - DO NOT BUY

The WORST company - DO NOT BUY Was absolutely fine until we placed our order That s when the problems started We ordered in excess of 600 worth of signs Never received a shipping email only tracking texts from the courier FedEx We learned our order was two separate parcels after one got delivered out of the blue by the courier and the other remained stuck at customs in Stansted After it didn t get delivered I contacted them and James reassured me that it would be delivered in 1-2 days and this was normal After keeping an eye on tracking we could see it was still stuck a few days later so contacted James again who advised he would contact FedEx to deal with the issue What he actually meant was using the FedEx online chat despite claiming they had an official FedEx representative to show he had checked on the parcel However we d already done this I ended up calling FedEx myself to be told the escalated case was raised against the wrong tracking number James was at fault And after being told multiple times over a week by James and FedEx that they would be in touch by 6pm with a status update this never arrived James then claimed there was nothing that could be done until 10 business delivery days had been completed Well this was Monday Yet when I contacted him to say the signs hadn t arrived he claimed we would wait until Friday before issuing replacements I didn t find this acceptable and challenged James who at this point started becoming very overly familiar with me over WhatsApp and not being professional at all in his responses I asked for proof he had been sorting the issue as he had claimed and received a screenshot from a random WhatsApp chat of one line where he s texting someone called Adnan And then when I was challenged him again to provide proof I received what I believe to be a falsified email screenshot from him pretending to have contacted FedEx with their official representative despite on every other communication it s been a screenshot of a WhatsApp conversation or the online FedEx chat This has been reported to FedEx After multiple messages being sent James refused to get another parcel made until after the 10 days delivery window and we had to wait a few extra days Clearly he was hoping the parcel might turn up and didn t want to issue a replacement When the new parcel was made I asked for a shipping email to be sent and got a written email where he d copied exactly what I d requested in and just emailed me it There was no professionalism He said he d provide a tracking number to be by the following week However I ve already had a text from FedEx with the delivery details and James has failed to provide me with the tracking number he promised We still don t have our remaining signs and I told James I would be leaving this review who then promptly tried to offer me a separate free sign in exchange to keep me from doing it However that wasn t happening Don t bother ordering from this horrendous company They take your money and then did things go wrong not only does your order get screwed up but so does their ability to keep up with the lies they ve told I ve got screenshots of the messages he s sent and can provide proof on request of how negligent James has been through the whole process PLEASE BUY ELSEWHERE AND NOT FROM THIS COMPANY
