Attended the Create Fertility webinar which reassured us they had no strict limits about BMI and would consider each case individually However when you book an appointment on their online form they ask immediately what your BMI is and refuse the booking asking you to call them When you call it becomes clear that they won t even see you with a BMI over 40 and won t treat you with a BMI over 35 by their policy Considering they ve lied about this in their webinar it does make me wonder what else they would lie about and not make me trust them even if we could get access They re really giving people very false hope

Really Disappointed with Create Started our journey with them in 2021 for three rounds of IVF First round was amazing was regularly seen by the same consultants and things went well until sadly we lost the baby at 6 weeks The next two rounds through 2022 - 2023 were disorganised the clinic was over flowing and we were seen by multiple advisors throughout the process some with conflicting advise some wanting to proceed with egg collection and costly injections and one in particular whom had previously cancelled a cycle part way through advising that perhaps it should be cancelled again All resulted in no pregnancy for us and sadly we are unable to afford more treatment as the sperm donor along with injections and fresh egg transfer each time came in excess of 23k On final meeting the clinic asked if we would like some counselling of which I agreed to they are sill yet to call That was in November 2023

I would not recommend at all No communication between them Could never get hold of anyone when needed emails left unanswered no help with filling in of forms Stressful unhelpful Like someone else has already suggested I would use the NHS clinic in Oxford they are super The reason I write this review is a year after treatment I was phoned today by one of the nurses to say her list says I m pregnant which I m not gonna be a year after the procedure Fuming so upset they think this is acceptable

I have asked multiple times why they charge 1350 to PGTA test 1 embryo and they give the same repetitive response 2 other clinics I ve been treated by charge a flat rate of 500 per embryo and it s the same lab doing the PGTA and no other difference in pricing Are Create cheaper than others and so making it up by charging almost 3 times for PGTA Why such a high markup 1350 to test one embryo is an exorbitant amount

Not happy their communication is very poor Our first ICSI IVF failed here and were looking to try again this year We rang yesterday to speak to someone about doing this no call back We rang again today they apologised still no call back Will try again tomorrow last time otherwise take we ll take our business elsewhere

Awful communication the whole way through makes what is expected to be an exciting yet scary time into a very stress filled process Can never get hold of people and have to chase them up about things constantly and no real coordination actually occurs On two occasions we had to go back down for bloods shortly after just being at the clinic due to poor organisation which was very upsetting as we live 6 hours drive away and the second time we had specifically asked if there were any bloods needed that we could do while we were there and were told no On one occasion my partner was told by a doctor that because she was young she would only need 1 or 2 rounds of IVF and since we d had one failed round already this round would work and she would get pregnant Which is really not something you should state to a client when there is always a chance it will not work After our last negative test we were told by the nurse that phoned that someone would be in touch with next steps 1 week later we had still heard nothing we decided to leave the clinic as it was clear we had once again been forgotten and we just felt abandoned Everything feels very drawn out and at our new clinic the time between egg collection and transfer was exactly half the time as it was at CREATE Manchester

I do not recommend this clinic They were very poor with communication and difficult to get hold of IVF has very critical timelines so you need a team who you can speak to easily There were times when we would wait days for a response There was also conflicting advice and a misdiagnosis We went to another clinic and had a much better service there Our treatment at the other clinic was successful and I put this down to a better protocol for us better listening and less stress vs Create They also took too long to send over our medical notes

I don t recommend this clinic I have 4 embryo transfer all failed They didn t do all the blood test investigation after 2 failed embryo transfers they give me injections but without any progesteron blood test First I was at Abc clinic after 2 failed embrions they said to me we don t know why you have to go at create fertility Basically the let me in stand by without any answers First they ask for money after you have to call them for next step Very disappointed definitely I don t recommend Inexperienced

Avoid at all costs Me and my husband started our treatment with create this year unsuccessful IVF injections were given that did nothing to my eggs I don t think they know what they doing the coordinaters are on commission to get many people in for ivf like they are selling hoovers no instructions were given about How and what to do after complaining I was told I would receive a refund for my 2 cycles I am yet to receive it I have been checking my bank account everyday but haven t received anything as of yet Never again I wish I never wasted my time money as this mentally drained me and my husband I m now with some clinic and all instructions was given with no hidden fees

Absolute nightmare from the day we got referred to them Referral was missing information but they couldn t tell me what so had to wait two months for that to be sorted Promised one thing and then told by another doctor no we don t do that Worst part is their communication is shocking Calling a call centre fine they have been lovely but the clinic never answer never call back when they say they will Felt like they just don t care about you every time I asked a question about NHS treatment It was like we were the first ones to ask they never knew the answers Asking for medication I m still waiting for a prescription I asked for in August They gave false hope when it came to our second transfer success caused no end of stress anxiety and feel so let down Made me feel like an idiot at the early pregnancy unit Felt like I was just another payment Only time they communicated was when they realised they d messed up and suddenly wanted to know everything was okay Last follow up appointment things were going to change but here I am waiting for a letter almost 7 weeks later The only thing I can t fault is my treatment at the egg collection and two transfers as I was looked after very well We know that the odds are stacked against us and I don t blame anyone for our failed transfers I just cannot deal with the poor communication I am just so disappointed and broken by the whole experience
