No support when I miscarried No explanation in advance that I would have to go through all the same tests with the NHS as create cannot issue drugs to bring the miscarriage to an end No follow up on this and no support was given So shocking I had four rounds of IVF I never saw the same consultant twice No rounds were successful and no explanation or other options were offered Patient coordinators are clearly overworked and have no time to follow up on anything Please consider going somewhere else for fertility treatment No compassion or care is given you will be on your own and vulnerable during the process FYI - my miscarriage is treated as a chemical pregnancy to them So their stats are misleading My pregnancy was not successful Make sure you ask for their full term successful pregnancy stats as I suspect the numbers are very poor I was 36 fit and healthy with a biological son already when i started fertility treatment for a second child in case you thought I was much older less likely to conceive I have emailed several times as per your process to ensure my remaining embryo is destroyed This has not happened and I am being asked to fund storage Please sort your administrative processes out CREATE This is not fair and is causing me additional distress

I am an existing patient with St Paul s clinic and I had 3 cycles with them my whole journey was a nightmare Very unprofessional staff Nurses do not call you back when they say they will its really hard to catch the doctors when you need to discuss anything nobody takes you seriously they only give you one phone number to call and pass you onto the poor receptionists If you email Coordinators they doesn t come back to you and every time different doctors and different coordinator so no-one take responsibility for illresponsiblity I missed few cycles just because of it and stucked with them 1 and half year because I paid in starting and I had to complete Throughout the journey I have been given more stress too many tests and scans and you have to pay extra Too much hidden charges except of cycle fee I wish I couldn t have chosen them I will suggest if someone is thinking to choose them please think twice and if you have any other option please do explore them

We ve really been so let down by Create Birmingham and even after doing us such a disservice after we ve paid them many thousands they can t even be bothered to respond properly to our formal complaint that we made in July and this is the fobbing off we re still experiencing We ve now made a referral to hfea If you re considering using them please first search on Facebook ivf support groups and you ll see the extraordinary number of distressed patients from create This is because those comments can t be removed unlike Google and trust pilot etc I also find it fascinating that they have time to respond to the 1 star reviews on here as I m sure they will with mine That leaves me even more intrigued as to why they have time to reply to public exposure but not to private emails And I await the incongruent publicly attentive reply below

It s funny how all the 5 star reviews are all from people who are invited with a success story I would highly recommend you AVOID using the St Albans clinic and do your research before choosing a clinic There wouldn t be enough font space on here to list the endless mistakes this clinic made not to mention the amount of hidden costs Medication missing syringes medication not being signed off by any doctors customer coordinators who are completely unenthusiastic and have a complete lack of understanding or empathy bottom line I wouldn t recommend

We recently had very bad experience from Manchester branch Them target is only money Thankfully we understand them policy keep cancel rounds and keep doing test test test and make more money We cancel in half way and received some thing back still lost 2500 They not treat professional One time they say overy is not visible and next time time they saying yes we can see it then they saying egg not healthy and next time saying yes they are healthy so they keep making excuses to make fault and sell more medicine and more test so they making more money on tests Keep away this company they will fail your 4-5 round definitely and make sure u have 10000 to 15000 savings if u going with them

Avoid at all costs if you want a stress free fertility journey Customer service is awful from having to chase for patient coordinators to book appointments when the doctor said they would reach out the next day Assigned patient coordinator apparently didn t even exist no one had heard of her Medication not ordered again chased and chased It only arrived on the day I needed to start taking it We had so many more issues too was told on numerous occasions that Roxanne would contact us to discuss but never did - does this person not exist too Most recently tried to get hold of my medical notes and find out about our stored embryos as we want to move these Have emailed numerous times and surprise surprise no contact back after first response saying it would be forwarded to the correct team seems to be the same story every time

Poor service Waiting to hear from patient coordinator who is on leave half the time and says she is sending emails to chase up but doesn t bother to update the patient Been told to wait 3 to 5 weeks for Pgt-a testing but so far been waiting for a week and a half for consent forms Awful Awful So depressing to have to rely on these people for something so precious Also after a miscarriage 3 weeks ago their counsellor has failed to respond to me A lack of duty of care

I had a 20 minute consultation which cost me 150 No real detailed notes were taken as the doctor did not ask me many questions Unfortunately I have recently asked for an access request for the notes I instead received a letter from a professor defending the clinic They are refusing to let me have it I have received no pastoral care but each year they send a bill I would say go to the other branches in Hertfordshire etc They may be less busy and more attentive I note that the clinic asked TP to remove my unfavourable review rather than editing it with no reason given

Really wish I didn t have to give them 1 star - as I am currently a patient there but I have missed 3 cycles because they cannot get their ducks in a row Nurses do not call you back when they say they will the laboratory misses tests they charge you twice for things they even missed the window to send me urgent medication even though I asked 3 different people to do so in the same week - they only give you one phone number to call and pass you onto the poor receptionists whose fault it is not And we have just barely started and I feel stuck with them So if you have any other potential options please do explore them

Absolutely atrocious how they are still able to operate is beyond me We were never assigned a patient co ordinator it s been almost a year since our initial consultation where we were told we needed more tests these were completed 3 months ago and sent by our GP who Create have ignored simply saying they are working on it Create have told me that we still need tests and haven t got results No one will talk to us by the way twice promised phone calls that never came You are just left feeling less than human and with no where to turn I wouldn t wish any of this on my worst enemy Held off writing our experience because I feared it would go against our treatment but it doesn t feel like we will ever get any treatment
