Had a great experience at the clinic this morning with the kind of support and patience shown by the staff at ABC Wimbledon Special mention to Ms Edyta Dr Rostom and nurse Ms Saray I would like to say that we have been interacting with Edyta in the Southampton clinic and are completely at ease We adore her professionalism and care and are very thankful to her in our journey

Create were fantastic from day one

Create were fantastic from day one Providing excellent care and financial options to allow us to go privately Having been to another IVF clinic although Create is not the fancier of the two the care was exceptional better value for money and felt much more a personalised service

Very positive experience

Customer service was excellent and very personable throughout We were very well informed throughout - Taylor was our Co-ordinator and kept us in the loop at all stages explaining the next steps and has kept in touch with us post the procedure Facilities were excellent and staff were always on hand to help with questions

Fantastic clinic

Really nice clinic friendly staff and perfect location I wish I could have had my egg collection at that clinic instead of driving all the way to London Would definitely recommend

I started my IVF treatment in 2020 with Create Fertility St Paul s My experience with them was spectacular all the Doctors and Nurses I worked with through out my treatment was smooth and they were all attentive and very professional in their field They were accommodating and prompt to cater whatever your queries They were patient despite the covid restrictions I can t stress enough How lucky I chose Create Fertility I now have my beautiful healthy robust baby boy born November 21 2023 Princess Elizabeth Hospital Guernsey Channel Islands UK I still Have 4 embryos stored at Create St Pauls being looked after until I m ready again to have more children Best wishes from Amy and baby William

This is our second embryo transfer we have been through with Create All of the staff have been fantastic from reception nurses and consultants Everyone goes that extra mile to make sure you are cared for in the best possible way My only criticism is that our coordinator was a bit slow and disorganised at times But overall I would recommend using Create 100

We have received the best care and service throughout our cycles The midwives nurses and doctors have been so friendly supportive and caring Nothing has been too big or small in spending more time to help reassure us with facts to decide on certain aspects of treatment We are really grateful for the wonderful experience we ve had so far at Create Wimbledon and would 100 recommend

Excellent experience

We decided to go for private treatment after our IVF in the NHS didn t work I am so glad we found Create as our whole experience has been great Although we had the procedure actually in St Paul s I was attending Loughton branch for scans and blood tests Yemi was the doctor we saw every time and I am so thankful as she is the most wonderful kind helpful sensitive and positive lady I have ever met I always felt Yemi had time for me when I was worried or had any silly questions My experience wouldn t have been the same without her The world needs more women like Yemi I highly recommend Create and we are so lucky our treatment finally worked
