Doctors nurses and staff all generally nice and supportive however we encountered a lot of issues with communication with our treatment coordinator who was not very good at responding to queries or contact which caused unecessary stress and wasted lots of time There was also an issue with embryology on one cycle where they mistakenly used the wrong sample for treatment they were our own samples but not the agreed or chosen samples to be used This felt like a wasted cycle and after a lot of to and fro we were compensated with a very small fraction of the cost of the cycle back to our create account Despite such experiences overall we were taken good care of during treatment by the Doctors and Nurses and pregnant after 3 cycles

They re very good with their patient I really appreciate them for helping to get my heart desire and can t wait to see my newborn baby thank you so much for your help

Great overall and I would certainly recommend Create both for their approach to IVF and professionalism but slow sometimes lack of communication from Patient Coordinators is why I have deducted one star Such a shame as this could be so easily improved and the medical staff are brilliant We were lucky enough to be successful with our IVF and I would use Create again should we decide to try for baby number two

Mix feelings healthy baby girl

It was unpleasant at the middle of my cycles but at the end 2 failed cycles the Lady who transfer my embryo in my second cycle is a no no she was so impatient and gave a defensive answer to all my questions but the last cycle I was privileged to meet a female doctor who did the embryo transfer she was calm positive and full of empathy and to the professionalism of the Lady that did my embryo transfer and to the glory of God at the end I had a positive pregnancy and carried my baby to term

Everyone was extremely helpful

Everyone was extremely helpful friendly and reassuring before during and after the process Couldn t recommend each individual enough I felt very supported Only downsides were I was ordered two incorrect drugs trigger injection and antibiotics This was resolved but had my partner not been through the same process a month before I would have had no idea and this would not have been flagged With the trigger injection I was told to bring it in and it would be swapped The first visit they took the meds the second visit I still had to wait for them to dispense the prescription for 30 mins or more I d expect this to be ready and not taking more of my time for a mistake made by the clinic This was a small part of what was otherwise a very good experience I have chronic health issues and felt very well looked after thank you

Dream come true

I would like to begin my review by thanking everyone at Create Fertility for making our dream come true My partner and I went to create fertility as a same sex couple in the hope to become pregnant From the start of the entire process to supporting us with all the injections to the results the clinic s team have been amazing We went through 1 course of medicated IUI and it worked first time And we have found out that it s also Twins The only thing I would like to highlight is that the doctor who did our early pregnancy scan could of worded things a lot differently and he scared us very much as there was an issue with the second baby We understand that he has to tell us but there s a certain way of saying things Apart from that we could not be happier with Create Fertility and recommend it to anybody

Choosing a smaller clinic felt more personal Bridget who is leading in Oxford was amazing support and without her extra care and support i would not held my daughter today For me the difference was Bridget and her not giving up on me taking time to research and find new ways after every failure She is a huge asset to Create fertility Thank you

We had a successful pregnancy thanks to Create The experience was a journey which was overall very positive The mild stimulation didn t make me feel unwell so this was a good IVF choice for me The level of support from the nurses was excellent and their kindness went along way during the process
