We attended a seminar in 2015 and decided to go with Create due to them having a base in Hertfordshire we were referred and had two unsuccessful attempts at Mild IVF via the NHS The service we received wasn t the best however we are tying one stimulated IUI as a last attempt to see if this has improved We will re review the service once this next journey is completed

I had my egg collection at Create Wimbledon after having all my scans and monitoring at ABC Harley street who were amazing The day of collection was not great due to zero fertilisation and I had some concerns regarding my treatment there I did contact create and my concerns were addressed appropriately Dr Nargund the medical director did contact me and took into consideration my concerns and explained any steps we can do to overcome our fertility issues Though we had a failed cycle I was happy with how create dealt with the situation

I have mixed feelings about my experience with create I have a beautiful baby boy after my second transfer from the help of the teams in St Pauls and Wimbledon My base clinic was St Pauls but due to the Christmas holiday closures I had my extraction and fresh transfer done at Wimbledon Although the staff were lovely and helpful you were always reminded that this is a business first My main bad experience with the overall treatment was that after out initial consultation and tests my cycle was about to start so I bought my medication and was told I was ok to start treatment immediately although my rubella immunity test was still outstanding I was told I was British born and I knew I d had the vaccine as a baby so was told the results would come back fine so was ok to start my injections My immunity test actually came back negative so was then told that I should pause treatment get the vaccine and then restart As you can imagine this was a shock and not what I wanted to hear After speaking to friends in the medical field I pushed the clinic to proceed with my treatment but was told I d have to sign a waiver as I was going against their advice A waiver was never given to me to sign so it felt that it was just a tick box exercise for the clinic and they caused me a lot of unnecessary upset and stress The other point which let the service down was as mentioned my extraction and first transfer done at Wimbledon As that failed when it came time to do my second transfer it was at the original clinic in St Paul s I went in for my last tests and to sign paperwork before the transfer and I only because I asked when my embryos were brought over from Wimbledon did they even realise that they didn t have my embryos Had I not mentioned it they would not have realised my embryos were in Wimbledon so I assume that would have caused further delays Thankfully they managed to bring them over in time for my procedure Other than these let downs I found that the staff were generally lovely and helpful but you were always reminded that this was a money making business first

We have been with Create St Paul s clinic for over 12 months now We have not yet been successful with our IVF journey and have very mixed feelings with regard to our experience so far and whether or not to proceed with our IVF journey with Create St Paul s clinic Anyone undergoing fertility treatment knows how stressful and emotional the journey is and unfortunately for us having to chase up Create almost every step of the way multiple times has only added to the stress of what is already a very painful process Whilst the medical staff at St Paul s clinic have all been very good and made the follow up calls when promised the administration side of the journey with St Paul s has been absolutely shocking Perhaps the patient care coordinators are over worked but having to make repeated calls to the call centre for a follow up consultation after a failed treatment is unacceptable Similarly having to make multiple calls to request pricing information make payment for treatment and chasing up prescriptions so that you can catch your next cycle in time is particularly poor This creates so much unnecessary stress and simply should not happen Waiting on hold for 20 minutes at a time to speak to someone only to be told they can t reach your patient care co-ordinator and have left yet another message is extremely frustrating Sadly this has been a regular occurrence for us particularly over the past 6 months It is a disappointment that simple but important administrative matters are letting Create down and causing it s patients to suffer unnecessarily Please sort it out

3 stars because I ve got my rainbow baby and I forgot some of the issues we had but I would have given less a year ago

We had treatment at the Hertfordshire and St Pauls clinics We now have a beautiful baby girl who is 9 weeks old Deidre the nurse in the Hertfordshire clinic was very kind and helpful We were told we would have more eggs than we ended up with which has led to only 1 embryo on ice The egg retrieval was quite traumatic and the nurses and drs did not treat me like a patient or with much respect It felt like I was just a piece of meat Husband was also totally ignored during the whole procedure

Although my experience at the actual clinic was good the reason I can t rate Create Fertility high is because it is nearly impossible to get your treatment booked in The patient coordinator is always busy you never get a chance to speak You need to call and chase repeatedly to ask for next steps and to book your treatment in I do understand that they are dealing with a high volume of cases but I wonder if they adequately staffed to manage the demand It also makes me wonder whether they will be able to devote time and attention to carry out our treatment properly or whether it will be rushed As this is a private fertility clinic I expect better customer care and it is not displayed Hence the 3 stars

I found create firtility helpful as it took me one round of ivi to get pregant The admin staff could be improved as communication is weak I had my case handler change over 2 times In the end we had a beautiful baby girl

I sadly have to give CREATE Cheapside a low rating We have just finished our second unsuccessful round of IVF with the team here and I will not be using them if we chose to have another go The medical staff are brilliant so considerate spending the time explaining everything and being incredibly thorough However the admin staff are either very busy or really do not care The stress that was added to the cycle as a result of their poor organisation skills and inability to reply in a timely manner is enormous This round has felt like a full time occupation just to get what I need and move between each stage and honestly I don t think I would have even made it to Egg Retrieval without the daily chasing Which for the money paid is not a service level I would expect It is a shame as it lets the whole clinic down and as I say the medical nurses and staff are faultless

I d like my review to be as fair as possible and reflect pros and cons of treatment at Create Fertility I have receive very good patients care I cannot thank enough Oxford clinic very professional and caring all my scans and initial appointments have been person centred Thank you to my nurse Polly and my patients coordinator Angela My 1st cycle IVF has been unsuccessful due to slow developing embryos Retrieved 3 eggs 2 fertilised top grades however on day 3 both of them only have 3 cells I have insisted on day 3 transfer however this has been cancelled as I was told there was no point Despite asking twice for day 3 transfer I was refused Medical research finds that slow developing embryos still have chance to grow and they are better off in the womb than in the lab hence why I have made such a decision Their clinical procedures are design to protect statistics success rate and I felt like giving my embryos a chance wasn t as much important as ensuring a good clinical success rate You would have thought that individual approach to each patient going through fertility treatment is their top priority Sadly is not Thank you to all lovely staff that have looked after me You are 5 star
