We had such a brilliant experience with

We had such a brilliant experience with Create from start to finish Lauren our patient coordinator helped us throughout Every appointment was comfortable calm and reassuring Every single person we came into contact with reception staff doctors nurses anaesthetists etc treated us with such kindness Could not recommend enough No question felt stupid to ask the support we received was amazing As a same sex couple a thoughtful and aware environment was super important to us and Create really delivered on this front also

Penny and the entire team have just been incredible So professional kind and caring From the moment we began our IVF journey we have felt listened to supported and understood Penny is an absolute superstar who has worked tirelessly to provide us with the most outstanding care and support Both my husband and I cannot recommend ABC highly enough The team are always an email or phone call away and have put all of their efforts into making our dreams come true

Excellent experience would highly recommend

The whole experience was really excellent I felt constantly listened to reassured and had guidance throughout Every part of the process was explained to me in detail and well managed Create are easy to get hold of if you have questions Staff always warm friendly empathetic and efficient Occasionally there was a slight delay in email response but I think this was due to volume of emails being received Thank you

Wow what can in say it was an

Wow what can in say it was an incredibly beautiful calm and wonderful experience I can t thank the team enough for my first IVF experiment Dr Rostom Katharine Debbie Tom and the anaesthetist all fantastic They all worked in harmony with friendly faces and they even played music whilst I was going off to sleep Please do consider this less evasive and healthier option to conventional IVF Create in Raynes Park are the bomb even the reception staff are friendly and helpful and my stonographer Tanya was incredible All our love xxxx

Frozen Embryo Transfer

I wanted to write a review for a while Finally got a chance I just wanted to thank all of the Create team for their efforts We had frozen embryos which we used from a previous IVF cycle From transferring the embryos to the clinic to getting the procedure done everyone was very professional All the apps and communication was great I d personally like to thank Emma she was so lovely and supportive Now I have a 3 week old baby girl Appreciate all the staff for all their care

Friendly helpful and knowledgable staff who are always happy to be there for you The lead consultant always had time for us answering the million questions we had and was really reassuring throughout the process

From the start Create Fertility at St Paul s London we re understanding approachable and took me through each step without being overwhelming Everyone from the reception staff to Nurses and embryologists were amazing so friendly and gave clear instructions on next steps and what to expect My treatment resulted in our identical twin girls Over half way now and couldn t be happier Thank you to Create and the team

St Paul s experience Egg collection

Had my egg collection at St Pauls and had the best care Everyone was so kind explained everything Would like to say a special thanks to my main nurse Krystal and the other nurses who I can t remember the name of sorry who introduced herself with a smile accompanied me to theatre and made sure I was pain free post the procedure Genuinely 10 10 care Thank you

Caring staff

I just had a treatment scan at St Paul s clinic with Penny who was extremely welcoming kind humble and answered my questions She made the experience warm and looked after me Thank you Penny In addition I had my blood test with Jadine who was great to talk to and I enjoyed our little chat about birthdays
